Once the initial Shock wore off I don't think he's actually gonna be that strong.

He literally doesn't have a passive until he decides which route he goes and his ratios/bases aren't THAT great. Yeah his gank paths will be insane but he also doesn't bring that much reliable CC and it also doubles as your escape.

His Darkin form is gonna be cucked hard by being introduced in the same patch a Nu-Thornmail and Executioner's calling meaning your self healing is getting gutted hard regardless of who you'll be attacking. Shadow Assassin looks gimmicky and like I said he doesn't have great escapes

Bruiser Rhaast will undoubtedly be the more popular form especially with the weak state of assassin items and strong state of bruiser items ( Cleaver,DeathsDance,Tabi,TittyHydra ect)

He can go make the situation 2v1 or 3v2 in some other lane, farm his own jungle leading to overall team exp advantage while enemy top and jungle are sharing top experience or even counterjungle the enemy jungler making it so that if he can't dive you and tries going back to farm in his own jungle there's gonna be nothing there so he will be fucked.

Jarvan is a "tank" because he has good tank stats, a shield, and cc that involves him going in to direct people's attention, which is how he's played. If you want a full tank, you play someone like Malphite. Jarvan is a bruiser but there's no bruiser category because it falls under the tank category as a fighter or diver. Labling half tank and half fighter champions is not the right thing to do, it's why they've made more categories in general as well as tagging champions as more than one thing.

2) after taking the t1 the adc is definitely not supposed to sit in botlane alone unless he has a map awareness and plays something like cait
3) in fact adcs aren't supposed to be alone unless they're sure they can do it (if it fails, it's their fault), but they're usually unaware they can move around the map with their support instead of shouting at them to follow them like a dog
