The director have done some great things afterwards, mainly The Hourglass Sanatorium, but it's really different and too surreal to compare to The Saragossa Manuscript. Still great though.

There is the problem - you can find semi-decent rip on torrents but the movie looks best in film. The digital reconstruction was somewhat botched.

Can we turn this thread into a Gotham discussion? That newest episode, wow.

It really threw me back to the old Saturday morning Batman cartoons everything is getting set up for a recurring and evolving early Batman show.

Who here thinks that when Gotham has run its course it should spin off to follow the young caped crusader as he faces off against the supervillians Gotham has done so well of setting up.

I would more than like it to see the struggles of young master Wayne as he gets the hang of the vigilante buiseness, with detective Gordon dogging his heels trying to bring this vigilante to justice.

I'd also like to see something happen to Bruce that puts him out of commission for a while, only to have Gordon take up the mantle in his absence.

Thoughts?
