got the gundam, zaku and haro crystal puzzle. didnt come with instructions, took me a good half an hour trying to figure out which was the bottom piece, kek.
Once I got it, took me 15 minutes to build the thing.
I saw one with parts that go in disgonally instead of lying flat on top of, like those zodiac ones.
>dad changing the carpet in my room or some shit

Anyone ever made a manual payment to Amiami before?
>>5761944
Can't you just use a credit/debit card this time?
>Anyone ever made a manual payment to Amiami before?
Believe it or not, but years ago before Amiami implemented their payment system, you had to send all your Paypal payments manually...

Hi /toy/, when I was a kid I had a toy that I cannot remember its name. If I describe it would any of you could tell me how it's called?
>Plush toy that talks
>Dog bipedal, dressed
>had a hard heart on the chest that brights when you press its hand.
>If you press his right hand he records your voice and then sings what you said
>Black sunglasses, I think it weared a red cap.
The most caractheristic thing of this toy was that he recorded words you said and then singed them repeatedly with a tune. I'm waiting for your requests! Thanks! (Pic unrelated)

I think I remember seeing that thing being announced on TV back in the 90's.
I'm trying to find it on google but no luck for now.
>>5759381
I tried searching it on google so many times and nothing, and yes it looked pretty much like that simpsons dog.
>>5759362
I remember it too, it was like an annoying singing dog of the 90s, Im trying to find it out just for curiosity
I thought Hotwheels scalpers were suppose to be the worst. How is this possible, two full racks of Ghostbusters 2-packs at a busy Wal-Mart. The store's in West Palm Beach, FL by the way.
>>5759182
They've definitely slowed down on scalping this second batch of ghostbuster hotwheels, the second PDQ( which I slowly put out 10 at a time on to prevent scalping, some asshole bought the entire first one) didn't sell out, and we've had the two pack for like 3-4 days now.
>>5759182
Did you take this pic from a speeding bus?
Jesus fucking christ
Special releases like these are always mass produced so their are always a SHIT TON only limited base line and supers are hard to find scalper shit. Re-release like heritage or real riders/redlines are hard to come by due to buyers grabbing all of them on pegs as its cheaper then cases then use them for parts for customs or limited car models. Also stupid fucks who try to pass them as "real vintage" cars or think they are limited then flood eBay with "vintage classic hot wheels"
Let's have a thread about our own stories we've had with our toys. From mashing figures together as kid to creating vast story arcs and settings with your figures on your own or with your friends. Let those creative juices flow anons.
my materia is my strongest toy, she out-wrassles all the wrasslers
OP here, I'll share what I did with my figures.
I was in to transformers, star wars (just clone and storm troopers however, everything else either had garbage articulation or was uninteresting to me), and bionicles as a kid. I can remember like 3 major story settings I made.
The first one was all transformers and bionicles. And it was zombie stuff. My shockwave and sound wave were working on a dark energon experiment that went haywire. And the result was, well, zombie transformers that survived on pure/normal energon and could infect other bots if their dark zombie energon got into the systems of their victims. It started with that decepticon lab being over run with infected cons and shockwave and soundwave were the only survivors and they went and warned a nearby autobot base. The autobots sent out a small squad of bots including jazz and Jetfire to check it out. They had their first run in and lost most of the squad. Later on the decepticons attacked the autobot base and the noise attracted the zombie horde and they had to team up to get out alive. From there the zombie bots had spread all around and my transformers were split into roaming "tribes" of mixed groups of autobots and decepticons just trying to survive and find a cure. The cure research was led by soundwave and wheeljack since shockwave got swarmed at some point. I don't recall if a cure was ever made.

Story arc 2: the multi line boogaloo
This one was transformers and my star wars guys.
After the transformers had taken their shit storm war to earth, humans eventually got tired of the destruction. Using some destroyed transformer corpses they developed high tech armor and laser weapons, in the form of clone and storm trooper armors and blasters, to use to try and drive off the transformers. At first they aligned themselves with autobots so they could destroy the decepticons first and then destroy the autobots. The problem was that they were still small humans. So they eventually captured Soundwave and reverse engineered his mass shifting abilities and weaponized it. They humans were now able to shrink the transformers down to a more fightable scale (this is how I explained a clone trooper toy being almost the size of a deluxe transformer and not being able to ride around in them). Transformers could no longer hide in plain sight since they were now smaller than earth vehicles. From there it was just battles set up in my room and yadda yadda. At some point decepticons started hiring human merc groups to fight with them and the autobots did the same. Just lots of childish kid battles, was a blast.

I don't have any of these Destroyah figures. Is this actually something new/expect a new release, or just display-only?
>>5758267
IIRC it's for an event in japan
Oh no, designer! Budget constraints on this new range of figures means we can only allow for a total of seven (7) points of articulation on your designs.
WHERE DO YOU PUT THEM?
No Hasbro designer. I won't do your job for you.
This is how i would do it. Arms would have to be preposed/sculpted into some firing/uselful pose.
The chest joint allows for more dynamic poses, and the legs have to be at least this articulated.
This is a huge dilemma for me because waist and knee joints are essentially useless without ankle joints.
Can we get a thread on toys that make you proud of your country?
Pic extremely related.
Sure pham. National pride of Texas bicampeĆ³n:

Meh, I'll bite
So with the next WonFes coming up and wondanon out of comission, what are we going to do? Is anyone planning on going who could fill his massive shoes or are we loathe to take in information from less notable sources?
Also, desires and expectations! Personally I'm looking forward to more Figma Ninja Slayer and whatever Vulcanlog/Revoltech have to show off.
>>5756999
>So with the next WonFes coming up and wondanon out of comission, what are we going to do?
We're gonna do just like every WF, we're gonna get the same informations and pics that'll be relayed everywhere. Wondanon is a cool guy but what he posted was always "old" news.
What happened to him anyway?
>>5756999
What do you mean Wond is out of commission? I spoke to him and he's going.
>>5757006
Wond posted pics of the Yugioh revoltechs which were the only sources until months later when official pics were taken.
