Hi /sci/,
Ok I'm doing a degree in physics and I'm really not into pseudoscience bullshit but shit it is that I'm really small and it's starting to piss me off.
So I was wondering if some anons here knew any way for me to go over my genetical legacy with some magic chemicals to grow taller. Like three inches, maybe more. Seriously, you want to test your Marvel bullshit, call me please.
>>8385198
Do this 5 times a day:
>sit cross legged on the floor
>reach up towards the ceiling
>whisper "grow, grow, grow"
>>8385198
gotta stretch, I grew 9 inches by just stretching my back by the end you'll be able to suck your own dick when you're sitting down touching your feel with your hands (legs are straight) in fact that's how the grow taller community measures the part of the progress and a goal to have in mind cheers
>>8385200
But what if I whisper "shrink" by accident?
I recently graduated with a BA in math, and I fit some CS courses in there while also learning Russian. Now I'm looking for work; what can I realistically do now that will earn me loadsemoney? I don't care if it costs me my soul.

Why is my calculator insisting the numerical approximation is three?
why is my faggot OP insisting on posting disoriented photos?
>>8385031
Srry boo idek how to fix it
>>8385019
you seem to be a lazy fag not understanding anything.
A) first I don't see your dx in your integrals. this is wrong. fix that.
B) second you don't seem to understand that sqrt(1-cos(x)^2) = abs(sin(x)). Have you heard of the absolute value ? most stupid fags hear and then forget.
C) third you then have to separate the calculation of the function you're interested in between 0 and pi, and between pi and 3pi/2.
So my quantum professor today said due to the uncertainty principle, it's possible for electrons to be moving faster than the speed of light (possibly infinitely fast), since they exist as a superposition of momentums, but only when we arent looking at them.
He says if you try to measure the electron's speed, its superposition will collapse into a wavefunction with a finite speed. Or he said something like even if you could measure the electron's speed without it knowing about it, it would still collapse once we processed that data, like quantum entanglement or something.
He says with quantum mechanics literally anything is possible and physics as we know it has absolutely zero bearing on true reality in the quantum world.
He says quantum is only limited when we make approximations on it, such as confine it to one dimension or to a specific area (a box), but in reality, almost all variables can go from negative to positive infinity.
This is interesting but i dont see how it can be fair to say electrons move faster than light but only when we arent looking at them.
Is quantum mechanics actually just a course taken from Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardy? Is this magic?
His point is about the entanglement of electrons, how they can be grenerated from the vacuum at large distances, seemingly ftl.

More than that, photons aren't actually going in straight lines. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMSgE62S6oo

Observations limit the potential of energy. By observing action with a limited awareness you are bringing the observed to the limits of your conscious state.
The frequency of our neural capacities cannot exceed the limit of our physical form, thus everything we observe must fit within those parameters.
We cannot even perceive the majority of our universe in our current physical form. Perhaps with innovations in technologies we can surpass these limits in the "near" future.
How is this differential equation solved WITHOUT multiplying by the integration factor?
General solution will be the solution to the homogeneous equation dy/dx+by=0 plus the non homogeneous equation dy/dx+by=a. Use method of undetermined parameters or variation of parameters to find solution of non homogeneous equation after finding solution to homogeneous equation and then add them together.

Sorry I meant undetermined coefficients

Use Laplace Transform.
can somebody tell me why the fuck this program won't fucking run

printf("OP is a nigga bish!\n");}
else {
printf("OP is still a faggot");
}
return 0;
}

as soon as i enter a number and press "enter", this shit bar just goes down a step instead of running through my if-else statement.
it was meant to be a joke... but it went from a joke on me not being able to write this simple shit on C.
Somebody find the fucking mistake or correct it PLEASE.
Thank you.

You have a space in your "%d".
>>8384784
thank you thank you thank you
i owe you one anon and feel like a dumbass now thank you
>>8384775
Why the fuck are you coding in C in 2016?
#include<iostream>
using namespace std;
int main(){
int number;
cout<<"Chose your number faggot!\n";
cin>>number;
if(number > 4)
cout<<"OP is a nigga bish!\n";
else
cout<<"OP is still a faggot";
return 0;
}
What are some methods of memorizing the digits of pi?

Why is sociology such a touchy-feely, wishy washy field fully of SJWs these days and not a true science?
Back in the day there were several attempts to develop a positivistic social science (Weber, Comte, Durkheim).
There's no a priori reason that a scientific approach to social questions should be ruled out.
It is not the professors, it is the students. Put yourself in their flesh:
> Say something about criminal justice/race/sex
> Hordes of SJWs storm the President's office complaining
> Lose your job
Yep, it is much better to just surrender. However, if you have the support of the college administration you can still make it. Search about the University of Chicago, they have said no to safe spaces.
I fucking hate all who study sociology. Always so strong opinioned and political and punchable.

I excel at calculus but struggle with great difficulty in my programming and physics classes.
My programming professor said that people with good "intuition" is the key to their ease in these subjects. They just know what to do. They're really good at finding solutions without much practice or memorization.
How do I increase my intuition if I was born with the intuition of a mule?
Learn the definition of intuition
>t.brainlet
Don't listen to these autists.
You gain intuition by
thinking about the topic in your head a lot. Once you have obsessed about it for a long amount of time then you just tend to have unconscious answers to questions that never became conscious, i.e intuition.

Or more accurately, the annual low point of CO2 levels is now 400 ppm

400ppm
Arbitrarily set by a bunch of socialist cucks who make billions of dollars a year.
400ppm means nothing. It's a literal drop in the bucket.
thank the fucking lord were pumping more CO2, I wish we can emit more because its so cold lately ;_;
