I believe you can put whatever you want in to your body and there shouldn't be legal consequences, since I've known junkies who shot up everyday for years and survived yet I can go to mcdonalds and stuff my face for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for a month and die from a heart attack.
As someone who no longer shoots up, I think drug addicts are losers, because I know I was a loser when I shot up. Rehab/NA/AA are all useless, all I had to do was move away and when I didn't have a hook up I didn't do heroin. I don't see why living your life about not doing drugs is going to help you stop, its all about discipline, really.

You can represent logs as exponentials with unknown powers, that's all logs are for, but really what you need to do is just do more problems until you're comfortable with the functions themselves. That said, I think over regulation - despite the lowest fatality rate of any energy source - is the death of Western nuclear. Any thoughts of reducing regulation is political suicide. The best way would be to avoid it would be to move towards liquid fueled reactors that need less expensive safety systems.
