Why are people so boring. It's very rare to find people who are not superficial about their hobbies. They claim to like movies, but they only watch superhero movies and don't know more than a couple of directors. They claim to like video games, but they only play the most mainstream shit games like CS or TF2. They claim to like anime, but they only watch generic shounen or harems. It's very rare to find anyone who actually goes any deeper into anything they like. Maybe they do spend a large amount of time on their hobbies, but they sure don't attempt to actually explore that hobby more than just the surface level.

are you allowed to use these for regular postage or do you need some kind of permit?
i received this sheet of stamps around 2 months ago,and i've been using them on a lot of postage, i got them from the veteran's administration for free, cause apparently i guess i sent them a donation(though don't really ever remember doing that.lol)
and today i got a letter sent back to my mom(who borrowed one of the stamps) and it said it wasn't valid.

As long as the thread you mentioned is not against the rules, with someone is arguing the legitimacy of the thread's existence (some meta is healthy for appropriate discussion). Well? Can you tell what the two kinds of people mentioned have in common? Neither of them care about the subject, the threads would be better off without them, they're both disruptive and insulting. Whoever used that IP must have hooked it up to a VPN directory. Simple as that. It's when idiots try to appeal for VPN bans and get mods looking at the IP that they perma-ban the address.
