I recently discovered this album and it's so insanely good for being a pop product. Not only are there 4 of those Britney singles that get stuck in your head and never leave, pretty much every other track is as well-produced if not better. Shame on will.i.am for attempting to ruin this.
I particularly suggest listening to How I Roll, it has a great Aphex Twin vibe to it.

because no one cares about Street Sects aside from Fantano circlejerkers
Because it's Christopher bait. I thought something else, but that's your collective power I suppose.
Is this a gospel album ?
No. It is a pleb one.
What's the best Marina album?
The Family Jews
Are there any internet genres or mirco-genres post hard-vapor? It seems like after that internet genres just seemed to die out an inconspicuous death.

this applies to all good albums
the only exceptions to the rule are:clusterfuck/inconsistent albums in quality or a greatest hits record
I feel like the only guy that appreciates Marvin Gaye for the amazing songwriter that he was.
Am I /mu/?
Didn't Motown songwriters write most of the songs on What's Going On?
>>74536724
He had help writing the singles. But pretty much all of the songs that weren't released as singles were written solely by him. Let's get it on and I Want You (the albums) have some fucking great songs on there. I would definitely say his back catalogue is much better than his singles.
>>74536988
Yeah, I fucking love him as a songwriter but only one song on WGO was written by him alone. This isn't even meant as an insult, collaboration is a good thing.
What does /mu/ think about Team Sleep?

Underage confirmed. Mods plz ban.
Can you guys recommend me vintage sounding hard rock stuff in the vein of Black Sabbath? Preferably stuff from the same era but newer stuff is cool too. I already have Uriah Heep and Sir Lord Baltimore.
>>74536597
I would class Black Sabbath as heavy metal rather than hard rock, but either way, big recommendation is Blue Cheer, a heavy psychedelic rock band that are hugely influential across a wide variety of genres, including punk and doom metal. Their cover of Summertime Blues is sometimes said to be the FIRST heavy metal song.
High Tide, Creedence Clearwater Revival, King Crimson. Also:
Cargo - Cargo (1972)
Epitaph - Outside the Law
Flower Travellin' Band - Satori

Randomly went back on one of my favorite electronic artists albums and found this track. Anyone have stuff with a similar style, just kinda simple melodies with a good back beat. Who would've thought I'd be bumpin to Accordion at age 20
