This is a project that aims to actually create an album of music from /mlp/. It'll be a compilation of sorts, potentially containing everything from originals, remixes, collaborations, etc. The past efforts never came to fruition, so we're trying once again. If you create music, sing, rap, create art, write lyrics, have ideas, or just want to participate somehow, jump right in, and email [email protected] who you are, what you do, contact info (May include preferred email, YouTube, SoundCloud, ect), and anything else you want to say.
>What kind of music is the album going to contain?
Virtually anything is acceptable. This means complete originals, remixes, collaborations, soundscapes, etc.
Simply create a folder for your work within the proper folder within the Dropbox (more info in the Google Doc). For example, music goes in the music folder. Your folder will be used for sharing ideas, posting demos, etc. For your finished product, you may submit a mastered and/or unmastered WAV or AIFF, and simply drop it into your folder, indicating it's the final one.
>What about artwork?
Yes, we need artists as well for the album cover. Artwork will be submitted to the Dropbox in the same way as the music. Decisions on how which piece will be chosen will be arranged soon. Artwork for individual songs is possible for those that want it.

You move closer and turn it back off.
The freshly baked pies lay lined up on some sort of ledge at the side of the machine.
Their sweet smell fills your nostrils and drives saliva into your mouth.
You pick up the first one and take it to the table.
"So Sako is it ok if I use some of the Ice cream?"
>Sachiko:"A spoon full should be enough. Be careful not to spill any."
You take a spoon of the ice cream and, with surgical precision, spread it on top of the pie.
After you cut out two slice and gave one to Sako, you take a bite.
It tastes ok, not very special, in fact the apples are kinda mushy. More like applesauce then what you expect from a pie. A little cinnamon might help increase the taste.

With their family feuding hopefully a remnant of the past now, the Hooffields and McColts are working to make the Smoky Mountains the nature preserve it was meant to be from the start. And with cooperation between the two, operating costs should go down a fair bit - but it might still be good to improve the infrastructure and transportation now that concerns of treachery shouldn't be too high. And with their talents, perhaps they can show off their skills in the rest of Equestria (Celestia hosts a baked goods judging competition, for one..) and potentially attract new visitors who might like the scenic locale as much as its inhabitants.
At the least, the guidebooks need not be so outdated and obscure any longer.

It may be pattern recognition that proves true, but then again, Twilight Sparkle still has no guarantees that the map can't not send any of them another time without making a full cycle, or that it can make bigger or smaller groups. The first time was all six, of course, but taking it for granted that it will work out as predicted might set herself up for future disappointment. How much does she really know about it after this much time? Is she doing any specific research? Or was all her energy spent in trying to figure out the locked box before? After that episode, and the ultimate fruitlessness of her studies, she may be approaching the Tree of Harmony and its gifts from another perspective. It's still a work in progress, any which way - she still needs to revise her friendship problem guide, too.The answer's in the numbers, she knows it!

Fluttershy was quite happy to help Twilight out with the map's quest; after the first trek to Starlight Glimmer's town, she could be reasonably sure that it wouldn't send her anywhere she would be too uncomfortable. And dependable Twilight was there, so she wouldn't have to take center stage. Most likely. But even with all the animals she met in the mountains, there's still one thing - she missed out on Furry Friends Book Club this time! Oh, to think of what they discussed about Wuthering Hooves without her!

Her second map adventure might not have been quite what she had been expecting, but Twilight Sparkle also lost sight a bit that two ponies were sent, too. It's partially just how revved up she's been, though - she missed out on the trek to Griffonstone and a revisit to Manehattan, and she IS the princess of friendship, after all. How often is she able to demonstrate any proficiency at that title? Still, it goes to show she's still got a ways to learn.
That's why she'll just have to keep coming up with more friendship problem theoretical scenarios to simulate, obviously!It's not a roleplaying game, it's research!

SEASON FIVE CONTINUES TODAY AT 11:30 AM Eastern/8:30 AM Pacific/3:30 PM GMT/UTC! That's in less than 4 and a half hours!
There's a mystery to that map in the castle that Twilight Sparkle lives in. Sure, how it operates isn't known, either, but more importantly - why hasn't it called her in again yet? She and Fluttershy are the only two who haven't received summons again yet! There has to be some kind of friendship problem they can fix! But all she can do is wait, and hope that the next time is hers.
