The danger would be if you were taking MAOIs. Neither of those two drugs is. Lamotrigine works on voltage gated sodium channels and vilazadone is an SSRI (which is actually life-threateningly contraindicated with MAOIs, so of course your doctor wouldn't have you taking any).

If you were taking an MAOI then your body would be way less effective at processing and removing the psilocybin, so

a) You'd have a WAY more intense, probably so overly intense to be traumatizing, trip then you bargained for

b) It would last WAY longer than normal

but you aren't taking any MAOIs! so you're good :) trip away if you wanna

I reccomend trying psilocybin and lysergic acid at least once in your life to everybody, and if you enjoy the profound experience, repeating as necessary (whenever it feels right in your life, not temporally close together - it's a rare, special thing, I last did shrooms a few months ago with a friend who I won't see for a long time and I haven't done acid in well over a year)
