Anyone else think they're overrated as fuck? Personally I always found other civilizations like Rome or China or even the Inca more interesting.

>>3361887
Nah, dude
You're just retarded
>>3361887
Why are they overrated according to you?
They gave us a wealth of monuments compared to the rest of the bronze age Near East.
They were artistically above any other bronze age civilization.
They were architecturally, artistically and technologically the top dogs for millenia
Would the confederacy have won if they had tigers, since 1 tiger can beat 5 shermans, and the union only had 1 sherman?
There are many instances of one Sherman destroying multiple tigers.
>>3361633
But we did have Tigers...

Why is he considered a "bad guy" exactly? The guy seems like a modern progressive by todays standards when he spoke out against the laws against homosexuals and when he spoke out against the oppression of blacks in Africa. He even dropped out and told everyone to support labour because he would rather lose and Britain win rather than the other way around. Im not british, so maybe someone from there can shed some light on the culture sorounding Enoch
>>3361317
He even spoke out against cultural appropriation.
>>3361317
It was just the one speech that did him in really, also he was kind of an autist so he was admired but not listened to inside the party
>>3362181
even that speech was right though
Who is the heir of the Frankish Empire?
>>3361269
I guess all the karling branches are dead now. And it was actually an elective system so any powerful lord really.
>>3361269
Obiviously France. The name gives it away
>horses and swords were used by regular soldiers in the same war that nuclear weapons were used
>>3361118
I don't get it.
>>3361129
Not him, but even in WWII horses were still used for a large part transportation. I think only the US army and maybe British were fully motorized.
Both German and Soviet still used carriages.
Cavalry was still used and still had sabers, like the Polish cavalry, Cossacks and in many countries in the Balkans.
>there was a brief period of time where war was fought with armored trains and horsedrawn machine gun carriages gassing each other
I know everyone hates gypsies and what not but I'm three quarters Irish and one quarter Gypsy. What does this mean?
God, what a horrible affliction.

Why was Ancient Rome so aesthetically perfect?
Ever heard of the theory that ancient Rome never existed (at least not in Italy) and that the "ruins" were build in the 13th century?
I thought it was dumb too, but then I visited Rome and noticed these ruins were build in the same material ass WW2 era buildings (concrete, metal strucure inside, bricks...)
What the difference between a Roman ruin and a German bunker in the end?
I am a fourth year university student researching Sub-Saharan Africa for my thesis (potentially). Mainly, I wanted to explore their way of life and contributions to the rest of the world. I checked several history books and am having a hard time wrapping my head around what I'm reading. This entire region of the world has done absolutely nothing for 50,000 years. No advancements in architecture, medicine, literature, philosophy, linguistics, science, math, or even agriculture. For pete's sake, you put a seed in the ground and it grows. But these guys can't figure it out for some reason.
>contributions
Umited statian detected.
>>3361027
Sure we totally believe you OP
I'm sure you just randomly decided to pick sub-saharan Africa, with no pre-tense or past knowledge of it, or even the most basic aspects of it such as the Benin or Mali Empire. Or the contributions that Mansa Munsa and a variety of other kings and leaders contributed not only to Africa but also Europe.
I'm sure you're an University Student working on a thesis. I'm sure you're not just trying to make some retarded African-bashing thread. That is totally why you decided to post an IQ map that has no correlation whatsoever to what your post is about.

What did Pol-Pot want to achieve? What was his endgame?
e'd turned schools into death-camps, he'd had everyone and everyone who looked too smart killed, and he'd had people worked close to death and then buried alive, Pol-Pot's reign of terror was without a doubt an insane and dangerous one but what did he want to gain from doing it all?
>>3360946
honestly, I think he was just insane and wanted to kill people for shits and giggles
>>3360946
Get woke

Are you kidding me? Hitler only targeted places of strategic value. If there was civilians in the way, so be it. He wouldnt randomly target civilians though.
What went wrong?
You're gonna have to be a bit more specific, so many things went wrong for Iran over the centuries.
Having oil mostly.
