In a way yes. Apollo is basically ratioless, so why would you grab anything from PTH when you have a ratioless tracker with most of the same torrents? Essentially, APL has just cut its prices to absurd levels and PTH now has to catch up or risk getting pushed out. Or, PTH can just provide a more valuable service for a higher price, which seems to be the way they're currently going.
