Most of the "leechs" are actually seedboxes with no intention of finishing the download. It seems like you're forced to buy a VIP account if you ever want to download anything. Games are hard to archive because most good titles nowadays can be up to 50GB
This is on top of the fact that, unlike movies, where you can use (watch) your torrent files, with games you just use the torrent files as an installation media, and the game files you play on cannot be seeded. So a 50GB release game costs 100GB to play & seed
It's very shitty, but that's the reality.
Re-seed requests seem to get the torrent reseeded most of the time though
