Is there anything better or equivalent to Noctua?
I prefer cryo and be quiet shit over theirs.
Also Noctua picked terrible colors to be their streamline.

So how many people run stock, or only light OEM supported overclocking? I'm not the only one, right?
>>60238301
I put my 5820k at 3.8ghz I stead of the standard 3.1 or 3.2 that it has.
Why do you ask?
>>60238301
I've got an i5 4690k still at stock clocks. When I bought it it went in an NZXT H440 and I was able to keep it stable at 4.2GHz but I moved my build to a mITX case and I just left it at stock. I haven't noticed a performance hit.
My 1700X is running at stock because it's not bottlenecking anything yet.
Just got the proper AM4 mounting hardware for my H100i, so I'll throw a few volts at it to see what it can do, but I'll probably run it at stock for a while.
Hello everyone,
It's been about 5 years but I want to get back into Apex DC++ for file sharing. Is there anything I need to know? Any /g/ sharing groups?

What does /g/ think of the Blackberry Passport? Do you think its still a good purchase in 2017 (and how secure is it compared to other phones)
>>60238237
Blackberry still exists?
>>60238237
I was honestly thinking about buying it a year back. Saw it in person and it was disgusting. got a blackberry classic instead

How do you manage your tabs?
>tabs
>>60238100
i take all them bitches lmao
I pin tabs that I haven't procrastinated on enough to warrant bookmarking yet, and I mute a pinned tab to indicate that it and all to the left of it are unloaded from my last session and to the right are new tabs. That's about it. I never cared enough to use any sort of tree style tab extension.
What are some practical things to do with an old powermac g4, besides get rid of it?
I already installed Debian PPC on it and tried using it, but it's too slow even with XFCE.
Any ideas?
You could install Gentoo on it, for real ppc Gentoo.
>>60238000
wouldn't that be even slower, with compiling and shit?
>>60238011

Is this for real? Are you fucking kidding me? This is the last time I recommend Wangblows to anyone. Trying to fucking force me into their telemetry mess is fucking absurd.

Does literally any podcast app hold a candle to Pocket Casts?
Idk but PodcastAddict is what I use and it's pretty shit. Why should I pick this one?
>>60238103
I kept trying to use Pocketcasts, but it kept glitching on me. Randomly stopped playing, randomly started playing, would spontaneously delete downloaded podcasts. Podcast addict is a battery drain, but at least it fucking works.
I used playerfm before, both are good in my opinion, not really much difference

I swear, there times when FOSS looks like a big fucking joke.
So sometimes, and I literally mean sometimes because this problem seems to be totally random. When I boot my computer it can hang on the POST screen, or on the "Starting Windows" screen like in pic related. Sometimes it only hangs for 30seconds or so, other times minutes; so I do a hard reset. Then other times the computer boots with no problems and I'm ready to go in under 20 seconds. I thought it was something I messed around with in my settings or bios because the win7 install was years old, but I just did a reformat today and cleared the bios and still have the same problem.
Anyone know of a solution or a way to find out what's going on? Any help would be very nice
pls respond

I'm trying to make a website on WordPress (I'm not hosting it, it's a free page on wordpress.com) and I'm having trouble making images a fixed height and auto-width. Like, in html if you just specify a height and leave the width blank the page automatically displays the image with the proportional width, but when I try this in the WordPress html code the image ends up displaying at full size, so I'm reduced to using ratios to solve for the appropriate width of each image and then manually coding them in. Any help?

if you actually realize that unix-like tools are better, you might as well just take the next step and develop in a fully unix-like environment instead of some half-assed pajeet shit
