People have been really good at editing this scene on Spider-Man. I've seen a really good Miles Spider-Man too.
>>80709581
>classic Spider-Man grabs the shield
>Iron-Spider holds it
cuz Marvel hires better editors
Just watched this. Pretty solid little action-comdedy. People who say this is horrible and nothing but crasss dick jokes and reddit humor are idiots. As are the people who say it's the best thing that ever happened or even the best marvel movie. or even the best X-men movie.
So let's talk about that. Why is everything today has to be judged as being one extreme or the other.
Whatever comic book movie you're discussing these days, it's either defended as the second coming or proclaimed irredeemable shit.
hey /co/ what'd you think of Man of Steel?(pure garbage/genius). No one thought it was just decent with some problems. Age of Ultron? Shit or Great. Have we lost the ability to voice any opinion without going to an extreme or invoking reddit?
It's a good movie, but don't ever say it's the best Marvel or X-Men movie. That makes you seem legitimately retarded.

That's not limited to comicbook movies though, that's most opinions on the internet in general. It's because people like to use hyperbole to emphasize their points, and because "fence-sitting" is pretty much the easiest position to attack in an argument if you're not going to actually develop your position.
So because people are pleb at arguing, basically.
Movie was a solid 8/10 I'd say, at least I liked it for a variety of reasons.

I think the flashbacks hurt it. It was great fun in the present day but fuck the flashbacks dragged it down. And the relationship with Inara felt artificial, like real people don't meet and talk like that. Also what the fuck were Francis' powers anyway?

what do you think about cross bones?
Why do people like cartoons?
I mean as kids, why are we so attracted to cartoons?
What makes them so special?
What is it that draws people towards the animated?
>>80707570
there's no special secret reason people like cartoons, there are a bunch of reasons why people might like cartoons
as kids, we were attracted to cartoons because they were brightly colored and often contained humor/plot that we were interested in and can follow
when you're older, there are less cartoons that feature things you might enjoy like romance/drama if you're older than 12 years old and there are also more things you can do as you grow older
people don't actually give up cartoons when they age, they just focus on other things that they like for different reasons
there's nothing about the idea or the fact that something is animated that draws people in unless they are interested in either the art or the animation itself
Cartoons are simple and easy to understand visually.
Plus you can do things in cartoons that could never be done in live action.
To a child, cartoons are the closest thing to magic in the real world.I mean, that's how it was for me.
because they're not real life.
People like this shit? What is the appeal?
They're relatable, they're just like my family.
I generally don't like Family Guy, but I'd be lying if I said it never made me laugh. I think the same is true for most people.

The new episode that aired last week was surprisingly pretty good.
How does Superman fly?
Superforce
>>80706488
He farts a lot
What if we like, made a cartoon and the main character-
Get this, like, the main character...
She's an Asian teenage girl, right?
And she's got red highlights in her hair.
Why hasn't anyone done this before?
An Asian teenage girl?
>>80706382
Asian teenage girl.
Obviously OP is trying to point out that this an overplayed trope, but all I can think of is The Life and Times of Juniper Lee and I think I've only seen two episodes of it.
This makes me feel retarded, but can somebody please list some other examples?
why do they always do these shots in ironman/avengers movies? why does he have so much goddamn space in that mask? He has like a solid foot of space between his head and the face-plate. It makes no sense and ruins the immersion.
they have to show RDJ's face, its in his contract
>>80705655
Its just a way of juxtaposing his face with what he sees. There's probably some cool projection tech in the mask that gives him a really wide surface to 'look' at
>>80705655
A solid foot is a bit much.
Maybe an inch.
Is it wrong that this turned me on?
It depends, are you self inserting as Ronnie or the child?
God damn I'm glad I stopped following whomp

Whomp is acceptable in small doses. Reading every comic that he posts is a chore and only 2/5 are funny.

ANGELA ANACONDA
I'm having a crisis of conscience, /co/.
My cousin's having a baby, and her fiance's surname is Howlett.
Should I or shouldn't I (subtly) suggest that they name their baby James Howlett?
On the one hand, who wouldn't want to be named after Wolverine?
One the other hand, if my cousin finds out that it's all a ruse, there's a very real chance that she'll murder me.
What do?
>>80703871
Some really catchy names are used for comic characters.
>>80703898
This. I have a friend name Jimmy Olsen. It just works.
