Final F4 thread
Hello /co/csuckers!
This will be my first storytime ever so I feel like an introduction of what this comic means to me is in order. Please bear with me here.
The Road to Damnation, by Garth Ennis and Clayton Crain, was the first modern comic I read in my life. I stumbled across it when I was about 13-14 years old and I remember perfectly how impressive it was for me.
Up until then I had only read Spiderman and Daredevil's original run (stuff from the 60s), in a collected edition that was also in black and white, so the art and the colors in this graphic novel just straight off blew my mind, and how extreme Ennis's story was compared to the 60s cheesyness was really something else. I found the concept of both Angels and Demons being tyrannical pieces of shit rather interesting. No wonder this was written by an atheist...
I don't see anyone talking about it today and it makes me sad. I don't really know how well it's regarded in /co/ or if it's just considered "edgy" in a condescending manner (which might be the case considering how a lot of people react to Ennis's work), but it holds a really special place in my memory and I will always think of it as a masterpiece.
I hope I do it justice and don't fuck up too much today... Now, if you're ready and willing, sit back and enjoy the ride(pun absolutely intended)
I'll try to add fitting music and also the couple songs that are referenced in the book.

They beat up Fancy Lad?....
>>83755269
Looks like he got the shit smeked out of him.
>>83754203
Let's see if (s)he's all raged out and tired or if we're gonna get another page of intense smeking and maybe an attempted bite.
Heard a new episode aired across the pond today. Anybody have it?
No one? Not even Retal4??
>>83753478
I do, just been a bit busy today.
Bear with me.
>>83753915
will do! I can be patient
Why, I do believe it's time for The Silver Age of Comics!
But enough about me, how's your day been?
Is 4chan X acting up for anyone else? All the threads I was watching are gone, none of the keybinds work, and posting in a thread has gone backwards about 5 years.
Seriously, is it a new update? Is it just my laptop being old and shitty?
I am seriously having to click Post A Reply at the top of the thread every time...

>Cartoon Network has given a greenlight to “Mighty Magiswords,” a full-length linear television show developed as a series of interactive short videos on the Cartoon Network Anything app. The linear series is the first project to be developed as a digital-first property by Cartoon Network, then migrate to the company’s linear cable channel.
>“Mighty Magiswords” debuted last year as a series of 15-second interactive videos on Cartoon Network Anything. Created by Kyle A. Carrozza, “Mighty Magiswords” tells the story of a brother-sister warrior team who rely on their collection of swords — cheeseburger sword, dolphin sword and mummy sword among them — to complete tasks during their comic adventures.
>Alongside the upcoming linear series, Cartoon Network will debut more than 400 pieces of original content across various platforms. That content will include shorts, vlogs and web and mobile games, as well as interactive narratives. Cartoon Network is also developing proprietary technology that will allow fans of the series to collect and trade the various swords.
>“Mighty Magiswords” is part of a shift at Cartoon Network toward developing series outside of the normal process.

Ominverse was the best series since the original. That Alien Force bullshit never should have happened.

Watch every series. They are all good in their own way. Just don't expect them all to have the same tone.
