Has there been a piece of animation you've cried over?
Persepolis and this are both really sad, and in B&W. This is definitely the sadder of the two, however.

I've heard that this is good and thought it would be a heartwarming story...now I'm scared to watch it. What's so sad about it?
>>87870151
OP here, I cried more tears of happiness than anything, after all the shit they went through, they both forgave each other andMax died happy knowing Mary is still friends with him
What webcomics from the '90s and the early 2000s would you still recommend?
>>87869740
Tales from Mynarski Forest.
Fuck the "art is bad" argument, it's CUTE and COMFY.
>>87869740
Freefall started in 1998
wow.
>>87869740
Sabrina Online is weirdly compelling and I don't know why.
Sluggy Freelance - when it's good it's really fuckin' good. It gets a bit too complicated the further you get into it, but it's still a classic.
I wonder where this fat fuck floated in from?

Hell.
BOY
Awesome/emotional /co/ moments.

>>87869226
I'm bored of Batman punching other heroes and it meant to be awesome, its rather overdone by this point
>>87869309
This is from the eighties and it's incredibly awesome and emotional in context, and this is coming from a Superfag who can't stand Batfags.
God damn it Klaus.
>>87869309
True
Member Chef?
chef left?
fuck i havent seen many episodes
he was a great character
>>87869115
He left cause they made fun of Scientology. Which his voice actor was following. So they made an episode where they just reused voice clips of his. Making him want to molest children, and get torn apart by animals. Then his real actor died.
>>87869115
Isaac Hayes left after Trey and Matt did an episode making fun of scientology. He passed away a year or two later.
>The Flash still doesn't have a director
The DLCEU is finished
Neither do the other movies
They are currently being directed by the executives
>>87871838
Basically Zack and Deborah Snyder
>>87871811
I was distracted by all the other stuff going on with that costume I did not notice the fingerless gloves until now.
asian
scene hair
demure
>>87869401
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
>>87868774
I don't like her name though, and her voice is a little bleh. Her friend Rose is cuter but is clearly a soulless husk inhabitet by dark forces so yeah.
>>87869401
Not sure why you say she is asian.
>halfway through a webcomic
>find out they have secret mouse overlay messages
why is that mouse crying?
>>87868827
Look at the orange color and the black eyes.
It's a shrimp.
>Find new webcomic
>>If you follow it's updates you'll miss running jokes and plot development
>If you start from the beginning the art is shit
Imagine hating a series of movies SO MUCH that you spend the time and money to animate all three and make fun of every fucking scene
wut
What evidence do you have that they hate the movie series?
Because it's a parody? That's not how that works, dipshit.
>>87868514
does "parody" mean "point out every single flaw and shit on the original creators" ?
So there's this cool comic book store down the street from me. They've got all kinds of stuff for real cheap. I bought a couple for my little brother, but now I'm interested in reading these myself. Where do I start? What are some of your favorite comic book issues? Plz help.
>>87871699
Try Alan Moore's Swamp Thing.
Its not the typical superhero shit but its still really good.
Pretty much anything by Alan Moore is a safe bet.
Avoid anything with Mark Millar or Grant Morrison's name on it.
So far, I snagged these two and a couple of others.
>>87871699
It would help if you told us a little about your tastes in entertainment for other mediums, like film, television, books, vidya and so forth.

>>87868412
Bitch there are literally dozens of girls in the Archie comics that haven't been drawn. You're nothing special.
>>87868851
>Lupe

>>87868412
Who is she?
Can she not phase through photons and become invisible?
>>87868166
Maybe if she was omega level.
>>87868166
She clearly doesn't phase, if she did gravity wouldn't effect her when she used her powers.
I would propose that she instead prevents the elections around her atoms from repelling the elections around other atoms and her ability to float is due to her selectively repelling the atoms she wants to float away from. I acknowledge that this doesn't explain why she is massless other than that I think it explains most things.
>>87868706
Then the neutrons would repel. If they didn't then she'd cause a fucking fusion explosion when she "phased" into something.
What was this show's title, again?
It's TheDICKMAN
>>87868121
The Buttcrack.
Dan Schneider
how is Gerber's DC work?
>>87868120
Phantom Zone is really good. It feels like Man of Steel (movie) took a lot of ideas from there. Only that they're better executed in the comic.
>>87868120
4 stars.
5, 6 stars.
In general, worth every penny, and double.
>>87868226
I'm gonna read this and A Bizzaro tonight. I'll report back.
