Ethically, I believe that there are a few standards for conduct (mainly relating to human rights) that should supersede any geographical borders. You're the goddamn CEO, you don't go around pondering ethics codes. You delegate that shit.
There is a fundamental problem: Any answer you'll come up with will be deeply tainted by your social environment. There are Western and national (e.g. US vs EU) notions and values that are so deeply baked into your mindset and understanding of the world, that you literally neither notice them nor can overcome them.
"Human rights" is one of them. This is not a universal concept. The West in the Greek tradition *loves* their human rights almost as much as their democracy, but not all of the world agrees. What exactly is contained in those human rights is an even more contentious issue. Just think of Free Speech vs Blasphemy. Those are deeply at odds with each other.
It would be absolutely preposterous riding in on your high horse as a Westerner and stating with authority that you single-handedly could be able to come up with a universal code of ethics that all peoples would agree on. This is a super touchy and extremely complex issue.
Even within Western philosophy it is entirely unclear what "ethical behaviour" even means. See the old debate between Consequentialism (Utilitarianism) and Deontology. And while almost all cultures agree in some form to the Golden Rule (e.g. Do unto others as you wish to be done upon yourself), what that means is unclear. You can both argue both against and for death penalty and chopping off limbs with this.

Lets say you buy a 10Yr Goverment Bond for $1000 with an Interest of 5%.
So you get every year $50, that would make $500 after 10 Years, now is my question do you get Your $1000 + $500 back, or do you just get $500 because you already got $500 through Interest ?

what are your thoughts in investing in AMD. new affordable 8 core processor being released in 2 weeks and a new graphics card line being released this summer.
