Businesses with employees are probably rarer, but that reflects the general structure of the economy. Something like 85% of businesses are sole proprietorships with many not having any employees at all (self-employed truckers, caretakers, gardeners, consultants, accountants, photographers, SEOs, etc). Doesn't make them any less of a legit business. I see no reason why dropshipping / online resale shouldn't be a legit business as well.
Personally I run a business with 1 employee providing b2b IT services and IT security consulting. To be fair, she does most of the work, I mainly do backoffice stuff. Given the amount of work I put in I feel less of a legit businessman than if I did dropshipping or caming, even though I fit your definition. Just goes to show that you really shouldn't sterotype businesses broadly.

If there is reason for the wealthy to invest, then it "works" however in a recession or deflationary environment they'll hold onto their money harder than Elvis held onto a bacon and jelly sandwich.
The thing about all economic theories is the one's that do work usually only do so within a certain window, and when you're out of that window you need to use another theory to guide regulation/monetary policy.

I'm not a property investor (not liquid enough imo), but I'd imagine you go the other way about it. Find the exact area you want, type of property, then research it, then either monitor those properties, or straight up get an agent (or do it yourself) to go to the door and talk about buying it from the owner.

I've had success in my life regarding getting work at a young age, my resumes were always at least a B+ level and I got many callbacks.
However I am trying to cut down on useless jobs and start fresh with solid references to get myself out of the dirt and finally move out for good at 20 and try to earn an honest living FOR REAL in the trades, and take advantage of the coming labour shortages.
I honestly am looking for a simple, minimalist resume template, and I'm sure all anons could do with some assistance, at least in that simple form or we wouldn't be on a financial message board.
Anyway, hope we can contribute, would love the help. Interested in resumes that focus on credentials and skills, with a smaller focus on employment. Want to start fresh and straight to the point, mostly used as a way of attaining an apprenticeship or entry-level trades job, but would like to stand out.
Love you all, any advice or templates?

Minimalism isn't necessarily a good thing when it comes to resumes, anon (unless you're talking about length which should be 1 page.) You want to stand out a bit visually.
This is a resume that I used to land my last job. Obviously, I have a lot of in-demand skills, but I had friends with basically the same skillset who spent 3+ months looking for a job while I had two offers in 3 weeks.

I'm interested in designing a strategy-based mobile app and I'm looking for the ways to find a partner, a company that would hiire/work with someone with a genuine resume in the fields.
I have been designing game theory since I was 5+, from using pen & paper and legoes- to later with custom engines on PC within games. I just have lots of experience into gamification. I have worked on mod projects, highlights being patch suggestions featured in Minecraft and design choices on DotA 1. Nothing too big or serious, but those are the only things realized. I hope my best work is the thing that gets me known. Notes of experience in entertainment, public speaking and marketing/advertising.
I can direct the gameplay, balance, and style. I have over a decade of Photoshop/Illustrator/Web Design Experience. I can get the game noticed, I have some connections. (YouTubers)
I have a wide repertoire of games played at various competitive and casual levels.(Super smash bros PM states, Master league Starcraft 2, minor pros DotA 2) There is huge niche that isn't covered yet that I believe can make some sweet success, and for me, more importantly, an actual good mobile game.
Where can I find people that want to fund/code/etc, put together a presentation for crowd funding(potentially), or otherwise move to the next step to get some development going?
