>doesn't have a personal bank account

so does he just charge his company for everything? how is this allowed
6 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
When you own the company you don't earn a salary, you earn the company's profit, depending on how much of the company you own.
>>
>>doesn't have a personal bank account

i find this hard to believe

it's possible though. in the UK at least, he could theoretically grab a handful of cash and as long as it was declared profit, he declared the dividend and paid tax on it then it would be OK.

why the fuck would he though?
>>

Que? You can set yourself as an employee and pay yourself a salary, any additional income after all salaries, costs, etc. are paid will be profit to you as well and likely taxed different, dependent on your country's tax laws.

18K for the 'Certificate' I gotta get first 7 months. I didn't get the price it costs for the associates. What's the normal cost? What do u recommend?

I'm 21, I've never had a full time job. I desperately need one and apply everywhere. I've had many interviews, all with hr people, all minorities or women. Despite being perfectly capable, having a good resume, as much of an educational background as I can after highschool without having a job for so long, I've never been accepted. Most places don't respond but the places that do I just get some automated rejection saying other candidates were better. Amusingly a lot of retailers call themselves, not only equal opportunity, but also affirmative action employers. I legitimately feel like I'm being locked out of employment because I'm a white male. I have many great business ideas and desires, but no way to attain capital, build credit, etc. without some kind of entry level work. Anyone experience similar to this? Anyone have advice?

Start saying you're black or mexican to get passed the filters. If they call you out on it, sue them.

1. Start volunteering somewhere.
2. Fall for the college or trades meme. (Say you're mexican or black for extra financial aid money)
3. Apply for work at your college

maybe youre overqualified for the spic nigger jobs you're applying for. they are worried you will soon find a better job so it's not worth the trouble to hire you. you should start applying for better jobs. don't worry if the job listing says they are looking for people with experience and qualifications. this is merely a wishlist.

He can actually do this. Race is self reported. There is NO test for it.
I see many white guys around me having this exact same problem.
Join the biggest church around you. Post something on their board that you are a good young christian man looking for full time employment.

and for God's sake, every time you send in a resume, go into the store and tell them that you applied an introduce yourself.

Okay /biz/, I'm at a crossroads and I need some advice.

I have 2y experience in tech as an analyst, a Business MSc background, but learned to program on the job (python and SQL). Also excellent excel.

Do I become:

>a Developer
I really like programming, and seem to have a knack for it, so despite no CS degree I'm confident I could get a dev job with a bit of upskilling. My fear here is that you're fucked after the age of 35 as a dev, and my lack of CS degree would probably impact my earnings.

or

>Go into finance, probably into Equity Research and them aim to get into hedge funds
Always been interested in finance, but hadn't considered it too much as a career after college. Become more interested in it over the past year, and learned more about it. I've always found the nuts and bolts of modelling to be pretty fucking dull, but I enjoy investing and the business side, and public markets really interest me. Plus I like suits more than I like working in normal clothes. My fear here is that breaking in might be near-impossible 2 years out of college, and I could end up doing a job that pays well but that I don't have a natural feel for.

My goals are essentially:
>Accumulate wealth (want to be earning 300-500k a year by the end of my career)
>Have a prestigious job that I enjoy, and makes me feel confident (sounds like a lame reason, but if you've work in a backend role before you'll know what I mean, it makes you feel like a cuck every day. This is my main fear with a dev job)
>Go into business for myself after a few years

Which do I choose?

How long can you post $0 to the IRS and state taxes? My business still hasn't launched.

It's been 2 years since I registered my business and have been preparing it for launch. I'm just wondering how many times you can submit $0 tax returns without getting your business shut down or something? I'm sure there must be a limited. I'm just curious if anyone knows anything about this?

I've incorporated a business back in 2012 with a friend [inb4 don't do business with friends], and we gave it a dumb name.
It was going to be an online business, and we were a couple of months away from launching it.
Long story short, fucker gets arrested for robbing his grandmother's neighbor's house, as well as a bunch of unpaid tickets from years prior.
I sat on the company until 2016. I filed $0 earning quarterly reports four times a year since 2012, until finally I dissolved the business. I held on to it for personal reasons, because it was the very first business I incorporated.

tldr; you can post $0 as long as you want! Double check with your state (or country, if outside US) laws!
>>
Why would they "shut down" your business? You pay taxes if you make money. You don't pay taxes on money you don't make. You have to keep paying whatever fees are associated with running a business in your state, but that's another department.
>>
>>1930110

When you say quarterly reports, you're talking state taxes not IRS right?

>>1930114

I could have sworn I read somewhere that if you post $0 for too many years in a row after registering your business they would eventually shut you down. I'm just being safe and cautious to be honest. Facts before acts!

I noticed that this shitty lisa coin was at like 36 sats when it started and is now at about 400 sats. Would it be possible to just wait for the next new shit coin to come out and buy a few hundred bucks worth while it's super low, and then sell when it gets that high for huge gains, and then move on to the next shitcoin?

Or would it be impossible due to low volume and whatnot? It seems like it's too easy to be true.

>>>/b/ tier thread reported

Being an investor is freaky and I understand why a lot of them are frugal cunts. A lot of them are richer than these rappers who flaunt their wealth and I always wondered why they didn't show off money and than it hit me they don't have steady income. Rappers get residuals they can pump out an album for a quick pay day do a commercial whatever. Investors can wake up one morning and have everything gone they don't get to "sell out".
28 posts and 5 images submitted.
>>
I think it has more to do with investors being responsible with money while rappers have no idea what they are doing.

Look at what happens to a lot of pro-sports players. They make millions, squander it, and then they're poor again.
>>
>>1929834
>I always wondered why they didn't show off money and than it hit me they don't have steady income
Jesus, you're retarded. They have a steady income, they just don't want to draw unwanted attention, or waste their money, or try to build some consumerist brand at the behest of the media.

>Investors can wake up one morning and have everything gone they don't get to "sell out"
What is a stop loss order? What is equity in physical property? What are savings? Are you even serious?

>A lot of them are frugal cunts
>A lot of them are richer than these rappers who flaunt their wealth
These things may be connected. Frugality versus conspicuous consumption, which one will last longer?

Boa sorte.

BTC Volume on bittrex went from 3 to 9 today, its 133BTC on poloniex, you can do some good buys on bittrex because of the small amount of people that are buying

I'm in a bit of a conundrum here /biz/. I currently live with my parents and work on a commission based job. I've been at it for about a year and have made consistently about $4k-$6k/month.

By August of this year I need to find a place to live. Right now I have about $15,000 saved. My plan was to wait longer and hopefully buy a duplex or apartment complex and rent out to people. It seems like due to having a commission based job getting a mortgage is going to be extremely difficult. This leads me to whether I should get an apartment for around $800/month and throw that money away, or look for a cheap house that I can get approved for and build some equity.

What should I do /biz/? I always felt like renting is shit because I have 0 return on my money.

I'm not an entrepreneur in any sense but it always seemed better to own. My wife and I are staying with my parents. We've been married about a month. We're about to own a home. We're gonna buy this month or next. We have a little over 5k. Do you not have credit OP?
>>
>I always felt like renting is shit because I have 0 return on my money.
You have to actually do the calculations for your specific situation. What people often neglect is that buying and owning a home comes with additional expenses that you don't incur when renting. Renting actually comes out ahead of buying in some cases.
>>
>>1929600
I disagree unless you're in a bad environment (bad home life / area). But I'd like to see your side. Explain when you think renting is better than owning.

I have other brokerage accounts with more trading tools like a level 2 and better charts but with robinhood it's fun to scale in and out of blue chips since there is no commission and buying those shit penny stocks in the robinhood General threadhas made me aa few bucks here and there. I would suggest robinhood to anyone looking to get into stocks but only has a few bucks to invest.
