Real question, how could Raw ever compete?
It's funny that back in 2002, the Smackdown roster looked weak. Now in 2016, it blows either roster out of the water.

What is this, 2015?
Steph was prime right there.
Al Snow recently joined Sean Waltman on the most recent episode of X-Pac 1,2,360, and had some strong words against smark fanbase and the promotions that cater to them.
What has changed about pro wrestling:
> "I believe this has lead to the degradation of the business of professional wrestling, is that it's far too easy to become a professional wrestler. The access, it's an open door policy now. Back in the day, and I've tried to explain this to people before and they just can't relate, it was easier to become a main man in the mafia than it was to become a professional wrestler... The reason was that ninety-eight percent of the wrestlers at that time, the only thing they did to make a living, the only way they could survive, the only way they fed their families was wrestling. They didn't have another job."
The one thing Al didn't like about ECW:
> "We were allowing the audience to dictate us, how we performed. I even mentioned that to several guys in the locker room like, we need to stop this. The tables are being turned on us. I directly link that to where we are today. It's because the tables got turned there. It's our fault and it's remained turned ever since."
Thoughts on wrestlers using Twitter to air grievances:
> “It shouldn’t be a venue to air gripes or complaints, by no means. The wrestling business was a closed business for a very long time (Jimmy can attest to this). It’s kinda like remember when you were a kid, and you were at home and something would happen within your family and it was never spoken outside of the house because it was your family. It was nobody else’s business because nobody else could appreciate or understand the situation, and therefore, would pass judgment on something they really didn’t have a part in. Because at the end of the day, the only people who are gonna have to go to bed with it and wake up with it are you and your family – and that’s kinda like the wrestling business.”
On the most oxymoronic term out there - a ‘smart-mark:
> Just doesn’t exist. Because how can you be smart at something – knowing somebody is lying to you, while actually believing the lie. It’s a term created by fans who believe they’re on the inside of something that they’re not really on the inside of. They’re not a part of the business because they don’t have a real stake in it.”
>“A great example is if you ask what was the best match of WrestleMania 3. Most people would say Savage/Steamboat. But it was Hogan/Andre because 93,000 people paid to see Hogan/Andre. The best match isn’t about ‘working’ or ‘taking the best bumps’, it’s the match that draws the most people and makes the most money. That’s the best match.”
On the IWC and wrestlers who pander to them:
> "Doctors, go to medical school for 7 years. And even then, after going to medical school for 7 years, they have to do an internship for another three years to get actual hands-on Experience. So that they possess the experience with the information, which equates to Knowledge, before they can call themselves a Doctor. That's how valuable experience is. If you get injured or wounded, would you tell the doctor how to fix you? No, you wouldn't because you don't possess that required experience and knowledge. Let's consider this - You go to google and search and read about all the symptoms, diseases, then you read medical science books and every other write-ups on medicine, then you watch every medical show on tv - should you still tell the doctor how to do his job? If the Doctor listened to you, would you be an idiot or he? Now, there exists a community with thousands of fans who watch professional wrestling, and have opinion on everything just because they watched it for a lengthy amount of a time and now apparently have information, the required knowledge to tell wrestlers on how to perform. How fucking stupid is that? And pro-wrestlers these days are so fucking needy and insecure that they try to perform to get that vocal minority to report favorably on their performance. I mean, art is subjective not objective and I get that but at the end of the day, its the artist who has to be the one who drives the bus, not the audience. Lately, without being specific, some promotions have allowed the audience drive their bus instead. And its going to crash.
Al Snow is a roided up faggot.
How will anything in 2017 be able to top this?
Would have been a 7 star classic if Omega won
