Why are there still people complaining about vikavolt's speed? I tried it on showdown and it works well with agility + life orb + volt switch. Actually it's one of the few pokemon that can make good use of agility. After an agility it can outspeed an adamant tapu koko, which has 130 speed. If an opponent sends a threatening pokemon, vikavolt can just hit it with volt switch to deal good damage and switch pokemon. 145 attack + life orb is nothing to laugh at. It might not be OU but not every pokemon is made to be a top tier threat, you bunch of retards apparently can't realize this though.

Come gen 6 Chatter was changed to not record sound anymore, have 65 base power, and always confuse, and Smeargle still cannot Sketch it. It's also still the strongest Boomburst user in the game, even with all the Alola mons.
