I was hatching Kangaskhans to cycle for nature (lacking Jolly in the egg group) when a shiny popped out. Hasty, missing HP IVs, wrong ability, but in a Heavy Ball (nothing some bottle caps and an ability capsule can't fix, still a +speed nature)
Less than 10 eggs later, another shiny Kangaskhan hatches. Calm, missing Sp.Def IVs, proper nature. But Calm. Fuck.
I've hatched 8000+ eggs in X/Y + ORAS. I've only ever hatched 2 shinies before this (Meinfoo and Mudkip unintentionally) gave up on Masuda in X/Y after 4000 eggs, and then this shit happens.

Hatching has stages. My old shinies hatched while I was passing egg moves, practically no IVs.
These Kangashkans are impure and might as well not exist. The first one I'm ok with, it'll stay Lvl 1 in my breed box.
I soft reset to put the Calm Kangaskhan back in his egg. I'm gonna put it in its own box labeled MEDIOCRE.

I've been chaining Sandile for like... three hours now in search for a Castform and nothing showed up yet. Not even a Gabite. I've lost count but I think I've reached a 50-60 chain. Is this normal? Am I missing something?
