What are some moments you can pinpoint the exact downfall of a series?
When season 3 started with a Doug centric episode all about how Doug didn't fucking die like he goddamn should have. Then they followed it up with a Claire centric episode.
Frank just became president, goddammit. I don't want this shit.
Are you joking? This show jumped the shark when Frank pushed that reported into the metro or whatever the fuck bullshit happened in season 2. That was so goddamn laughably stupid that I dropped the show on the spot.
Show is hilariously terrible. People want something that reflects the dramatized climate of Washington DC so badly that they're willing to praise this pile of garbage show.
Some autistic RLM fan saw The Force Awakens, saw the Plinketo review, and was so disappointed, he made his own; one which doesn't spend an hour discussing the SW "Ring Theory" or applauding Disney, JJ or KK for their glib facsimile.
Instead, he actually nitpicks the stale, focus-group-tested, rehash that was TFA and speaks to the issues many of us had with the movie and articulates why it fell flat.
He does this while using the Plinket persona, mannerisms, and editing style. The impression is so good, it's possible to forget that this isn't actually a RLM production. Effectively, this is the Plinket review we wanted.
I know people will call me a shill or a samefag, but I still encourage you to give it a watch, especially if you felt let down by the original Plinket TFA review.

Whoever made the review, if you're reading this, one constructive criticism: The bit about the 20th Century Fox fanfare was excellent, but went a little long. Me
Also, I noticed that you included several audio clips from the radio drama. I just wanted to tip my hat to you, sir. You have patrician taste.
Self-shilling is against the rules

Can you just fuck of with your bullshit video shilling, you autistic cunt.

I don't watch Morning_Joe anymore. Small audience, low ratings! I hear Mika has gone wild with hate. Joe is Joe. They lost their way!

Why do people buy large TVs? Just move closer to your 24 or 27 inch computer monitor. It makes no difference visually.
People are constantly telling me to buy one. I have six figures in the bank yet $500 for a TV seems to be a huge waste of money.
lonely faggot with no sense of aesthetics and understanding of comfort
>>84419595
>aesthetics
My 24" IPS monitor is calibrated and has decent contrast.
Bait likely, BUT you have a point when it comes to large 'phones' and iPads, in that, they're not the tiny screens of 5 years ago. If you're laying in bed, watching on a 7plus, or iPad or something, it's the same relative size to looking 8 ft across the room at your tv.
>mary-sue got mary-sued
S3>S1>shit>S2
Also holy shit, that nigga was clean as fuck
>>84419303
A sign of terrible taste
S2>S1>teeny tiny power gap >S3
S3 was filled with uninteresting characters, and just a few stood out. It also build up so much (great) tension but it never ever reached a climax
>>84419611
Not op but season 2 didn't click with me like 3 did.
3 was not a tight script though

no shit
>>84417196
Don't you mean a MaRey Sue? :^)
So was it actually good or do we just hate it because Seth Rogen?
No it was garbage and all the humor was lazy because it all revolved around:
"Look the food is doing something that a person would be doing but it's food, it shouldn't be able to do that, haha"
"Look the food is a racial stereotype haha" (but not even in a way in which they do anything with it, like it's just presented to you and then I guess it's supposed to be funny)
"Look the food is doing drugs"
"Look the food is talking about weed strains"
"Look the food is high on drugs"
"Look the food is referencing pop culture"
"Look the food is having sex"
"Haha the main villain is a douche, except like a literal douche, get it, he's a douche? and he's evil? get it?"
There were little to no actual jokes in the movie, it was honestly just like that
>>84412826
I'm a dumb NEET stoner who enjoys the films of Seth Rogen so I wasn't biased coming into this, but I still didn't enjoy it. Somewhat like the guy above me says, everything felt contrived with cheap symbolism and it lacked subtlety - it felt forced
It was sir, pirated it and it was exactly like I thought.
It was shit
