The map calling Glimmer was fucking bullshit. But I've been thinking about it, and I think that if the map started calling other ponies, it would make it less aggravating. Obviously those ponies shouldn't be Glimmer friends, because then it would look like they're "replacing" the Mane 6. And I think that an episode with the map calling the Crusaders, ponies closely related to the Mane 6 but absolutely unrelated that Glimmer, would be a great choice.
Thoughts? Would you like an episode like that? Would it "fix" yesterday's episode, if the map thing was a problem for you?

The map knew Glimmer would be needed all along. The moment the map activated it called all the mane 6 (the only time that's happened) to go to Glimmer's village, like that was the most important thing that needed doing. The map only asked them to come back after Glimmer had left, not after the townsfolk over threw her and got their cutie marks back. The map was looking for Glimmer and knew that if the mane 6 found her it'd start the series of events that lead to Glimmer becoming Twilight's student.

OG brony here, started watching season 1 in the early days and stopped being a fan before season 3 aired cause it began to dawn on me how fucking unbearable the fanbase actually was at the time and I didn't want to be a part of that
a couple of things recently happened and discovered a few videos I used to love when they first came out. It brought back this massive feeling of nostalgia and belonging and after a joy ride of going through fan-made videos I used to love, art that would inspire me and reminiscing on how I felt a part of this massive fandom that just seemed unstoppable at the time and how happy I used to be back then I realized that the whole Brony thing is starting to die down.
Now despite how fucking autistic and cancerous I think most Bronies are a part of me sort of hopes that the mlp fandom succeeds and will continue to flourish. So my question to you guys, who might not be the best source of information on this but please try to take this seriously, how's the fandom going? Is it slowly dying as a shadow of it's former self or is it still going strong and I'm just missing it? Honestly I remember back then the amount of art, animations and the things the fandom would produce was ridiculous and coming out on a daily basis. Now it seems to have grinded to a crawl

Real talk, Zebra society is probably doing pretty well for itself. I wouldn't imagine it's anywhere near as big as Equestria, but I could see individual tribes doing very well for themselves under the guidance of Zecora-like alchemists and sages.

Season 7 has been top quality compared to 6 so far.
I'd go as far as to say that the "Decline" Era of the fandom is finally over and it's been stabilized, over four years later. With half or even less at two-thirds of us gone.
We can rebuild the Empire, let us never suffer such a conflict like The Alicorn War again.
Allow us to enjoy many more years of Pony.

I can't say that I liked yesterday's episode, but other than that they're a million times better than Haber. I'm waiting until Applejack's parent episode to rate the season, if it's nearly as good as Parental Glideance, I'll be happy to ignore the fuckups of the season.
