I'm an intern at a government office. There's a qt woman in my office. She started around the same time as me, but her position is permanent. We share a lot of interests and political beliefs, and find each other hilarious. She's also 12 years my senior, and probably straight.

I tend to go for women more than men. I like what you could call traditionally more feminine attributes in both genders, and consequently I find more women who meet them. That said, when I do find a guy who meets the weird collection of androgyny that I find attractive, it's fucking awesome.

Women are a bigger problem. You never know if they like you or actually want a one and done. They tend to be too emotional (I can be very emotional myself, but too much is too much) and after a while quite boring.
