Where are some good places to get used figures in Tokyo? I'll be there next week and I want to spend as little money as possible. I've heard that there are lots of overpriced places in Akiba so planning to mostly buy in Nakano or Ikebukuro. Anyone know specific places here (or elsewhere I don't know about)?

Due to the recent bundle, it would appear that attempting to track Rance orders any further will be futile.
That said, over the course of its preorder window, there was a total of 2147 orders. Throughout the preorder window, barring a short period where himawari overtook it, it has maintained the number one spot on the sales chart.
If we are to give rance 25% of the orders placed in this period, we would end up with 536 orders, which is the most successful preorder window in my memory. One could also argue that perhaps 25% is too conservative, which would increase the number even further. Whatever portion you deem suitable, it would certainly appear to be a strong start.
