Spidey is my favorite character now.
TRUMP BAD!
HE BAD MAN!!

Sucks about most of his comics desu

I think I might slowly be loosing interest in cape comics.
What are some good series out there that aren't capes, but also don't rely completely on gore/outright bleak concepts?
>>94861815
Juice Squeezers.
>>94861815
read manga. especially if you're female. there's not much in the way to appeal to an adult female in western comics.
>>94861815
What do you like, OP? Movies, shows, games, whatever, what appeals to you?
>Every scene that focuses on baby groot
>Rocket literally makes a joke about stuffing another man's shit in Quill's pillow
>"I'm known for my huge turds!"
>Taser face being the cringiest running joke ever made, not even remotely funny
>Drax is just straight up retarded now
>Nebula pulls the "I just wanted a sister" trope
>Kill off the one character that pretty much carried the entire movie
>There are people that actually believe this rivals Guardians 1 in terms of campiness and refinement
I mean I guess overall guardians 2 was alright, but it just had so much dumb shit in it that 1 managed to avoid. Why were the jokes this time around so forced? What was with the lack of adventure? Why do we only see starlord in action at the beginning in end? Fuck I don't even remember his part that well.
Can someone who likes this movie better than the first tell me why exactly they believe such? I really don't see it. I only ask cause I know a few people that rank this above GotG

Go back to /tv/
nobody cares about your whining. If you're an adult, fucking watch it or don't, like it or don't.... your opinion doesn't matter.
It's fun.
>>94861731
I almost never get sappy and emotional at death scenes in movies but Yondu's death got me there. That earns a film points in my book.
What were they thinking with this show? It's too adult for children and too childish for adults.
No wonder so few channels have picked it up. As far as I can tell it's only aired in Canada, the Republic of Ireland, Australia and France.
>Dave Cooper
there's your answer, most of his art is pretty much chubby naked ladies.
I like the show, probably one of the better things to come out of Canada, and better than PGBC.
>It's too adult for children
It certainly doesn't look that way. Also it's going to be airing on Universal Kids (the replacement for Sprout) in the US in September.
If King of the Hill gets rebooted, would you rather see Luanne with a new voice actress or her being written out of the show?
>>94861640
>If King of the Hill gets rebooted
I don't want that. just make a show about how dumb trump is. koth was too good for this world. nobody wants something of this quality these days.
>>94861675
>implying
KOTH had like one Bush episode and it didn't even take a stance.
>>94861684
exactly. and good writing takes money. fox is cheap and no one cares anymore. they need to stop pretending they do. I mean, look at bob's burger.
Why do people voluntarily live in Gotham? It's like deciding to live in Somalia.
Various reasons.
Business, desperation, a sense of hope and wonder, sheer bloody mindedness.
>>94861557
People voluntarily live in Shitcongo and Detoilet, and they're pretty much equivalent.
Why do people live in Detroit? Sometimes they have no other choice, sometimes their professional lives lead them there, etc.
Wow. As someone who is a fan of books like Innocence Lost and Target X, I expected to hate this and find it generic. I still kinda do but I kinda like it. seeing Laura be the adult is strangely appealing not to mention the slice of life elements like her having an apartment in the bronx are nice. The writer even seems to have done his homework when referencing things like trigger scent, kimura, target x and innocence lost. Does she finally have a good solo? The Marjorie Liu onoging was eh
>>94861537
it's really good, as someone who never read any of laura's stuff beforehand it made me engaged in her character enough to read the older stuff.
>>94861537
I really like that cover. Name of artist pls
>>94861766
David Lopez. Also did the interior art for the first arc (maybe two) of the book.
I'm developing a fan-made collaborative project if anyone's interested. You can audition here: http://samfoster213.wixsite.com/minaandthecount
So why do you read what you read, /co/? Personally I read Marvel comics nearly exclusively. I don't have anything against DC or Image or anything else really, and I have some DC trade paperbacks I thoroughly enjoy. But I was raised on Marvel and being able to call up my dad to talk about current ongoings is a critical part of the experience.
So what is it for you?
why am i seeing this picture posted all over the place?

Imagine that braindead slut suckling numbly on that big scoop of ice cream, drooling all over herself and letting it run under her chin. Imagine the other girl grabbing her by the bun and slowly forcing her down on the cone, gagging her with it. Her eyes roll up and she sneezes ice cream up her nose, tears flowing from the brainfreeze.
What's the worse webcomic, So... you're a cartoonist? or Ctrl Alt Del ?
Did he deserve it?

His crime was life. His sentence was death.

Doesn't everyone?

Are we going to get chicken farmer Thanos in the MCU?
what if baby thanos landed on the Kents' farm instead of baby superman?????
>>94861128
Harvester. Yes but in his thanos costume.
Reverse.

Maybe in Guardians 3
Joe Madureira's masterpiece is returning!
The game looks amazing! Will it serve as a continuation of the story? What are your hopes for it?
For those of you new to the franchise, beware of SPOILERS!

Do you have a favorite character?
I'll admit that the one that drew me to the series in the first place was Cal. I'm a sucker for big characters, especially big robot characters.

>What are your hopes for it?
I want more lore! What are these new golems we've seen? Are they smart like Calibretto or what?
Here's a question: is Red Monika safe for a blue board?
What's school like for them?
>Baljeet, Isabella, and Buford are put into separate classes
>As a result, Phineas and Ferb have no friends, are bullied, and only have each other.
>Their other friends eventually drift away from them
>They have no creative outlet and are constantly belittled by classmates
>"Ferb, I know what we're gonna do tomorrow."
>>94860947
Seems like they'd enjoy it though it doesn't leave them with as much time to do big things. If it was Pilot Phineas, I could see him hating school because of the structure but not the character he turned into later on.
Considering that Danville's population seems to be a mix of musicians, actors, super-scientists, and people with really eclectic fields of interest, I doubt that they have much trouble finding teachers that could keep them occupied.
