I've been curious for some time now why there are so many parallels between early Christianity and other Eastern religions forming around the same time, across the Earth. Lao Tzu for instance, taught about "The Way", this is what Jesus called himself as well as being the name for his early followers. I've even read that some consider Jesus to be an avatar of Vishnu or Buddha.
Does anyone have anything to contribute to this? There's a book I've seen a couple of times about similar sayings between different prophets, I may pick that up and see how much deeper this gets.

I'm writing a concept album having to do with the Flatwoods Monster. Tell me all the folk lore and stories you know about it. Also, post stuff about the Bridgewater Triangle.

In the UK, an artist of well regard started opening applications to his private
mentoring program around the year of early 1993. He had a background with a number of underground societies, religious groups, medical professionals, and the creative arts- dealing these subjects in particular. A number of students started many short films, projects, and forms of performance art. Often, the members would not be able recall the activities of the prior night. When they watched the footage, all of the artists were horrified by what they had done. The mentor exhibited the most savage parts of the horror. He was often documented as crying, laughing, screaming, all at once while speaking in tongues. The lead artist was particularly interested in medical equipment and animals from houses and farms, more and more frequently bringing these into what became the "ritual space".

I just had a theory that what if skinwalkers aren't really bad? Mabey when you encounter a skinwalker it will enter your body and give you all the shapeshifting powers and shit. So I posted this in a another thread, but I fell like this is worth posting again, because it's been nagging at me for some time now.
So something weird happened while is was trying to AP. I've been trying to AP for a few months, and I've gotten pretty close to leaving my body.
However, last night I was just crossing into the point where you get the face itch, and for some reason I could feel a sensation in forehead, where the third eye is located. It felt like my third eye was opening up, like something was pouring out of it. This feeling was intermingled by things flashing before my eyes. I can't remember what I saw, but I could see imaged flashing before my eyes. If I focused on them too much, they would go away, but when I relaxed I could see them as clear as day. Anyone know what this could have been?
And no I wasn't asleep, I was completely conscious of what I was doing and aware of the fact that I was lying in bed trying to AP.
