I thought of this while I was getting gas for my car.
There was a smiley face drawn on the base of the gas pump and a young male mysteriously drowned last summer not far from it.
The guy wasn't even local and had no reason to be here.

Hey /x/. I'm mostly a lurker here, and I recently have been seeing a number of Dogmen threads.
I don't go into them all that much, so I was wondering, any discussion about the "Beast of Bray Road?"
The legend mainly comes from the town of Elkhorn. I'm only about 2 hours and a half drive from there, although I have driven through it before.
Although I've never had any sort of paranormal sighting myself, I have always gotten an off-feeling going to this town.
There has been many sightings.
I wonder, do any of you /x/men live near the Madison Milwaukee area? I am curious to what Elkhorn's local population thinks of their local legend.
Also, dogmen/bbr discussion.

I believe in dogman/werewolf sightings. I have a few books on them and know they're most likely out there and probably misidentified as bigfoot a lot. I had a weird black dog or "dogman" experience myself on my way to work. I didn't want to look at it as it growled and it didn't sound like no coyote either. I have told my story from time to time and its just so strange to be seeing or experiencing anything like that in a suburban area at 2am.

Anyone from or knowledgeable about Iran/Armenia/Kurdistan/Azerbaijan have any stories/experiences/legends to share?
I'm in a tabletop RPG set in the region and am looking for ideas. Naturally, the "Towers of Silence" from Zoroastrian times could be spun in a creepy way and I know about the legends/creatures you can find on Wikipedia like the Simurgh, but I'd like to dig a little deeper.

I guess there is an RPG called Zenobia about the pre-Islamic Levant that has a Persia expansion, but I haven't read or tried it.
