The cryptid featured in this episode was Lake Monsters, most notably: Champ, the Nessie of Lake Champlain in Vermont, whose photograph may be one of the most authentic and time tested pieces of photographic evidence for any cryptid.

It has never been debunked, though skeptic analysis offered the possible explanation that the photo is a heat mirage over the water causing an otter to appear stretched out. This certainly wasn't what the witnesses who took the photo claimed to see, though. What do you think?

Ghost/Anomaly call it but it started

Well okay, last night i had a dream or a nightmare. Was about two of my friend and I. We were watching movies on my grandparents house, soon some one knocked the door, I went to open the door and I said to my friends "Maybe it's slenderman hahaha" i opened the door and it was the fucking slender! I closed the door imediatly and i ran to my friends very scared, i said them about slender but they didn't listen me, then the doors of the house were blocked. I try to find a hidding, and in that moment i wake up. I wake up at 3:33 am and from that moment i didn't sleep,


PD: In internet the meaning of wake up at 3 am means somebody was watching you, but only if you wake up at 3 am more than two times, in my case, i wake up moren than 5 times at 3:33 or 3:15, every time the same hour....

Speaking of Slenderman, do you guys ever encounter characters or elements of your dream that seem distinctly separate from your own self?
I've been steadily improving my semi-lucid state in which I'm not consciously aware of the dream, but still have instinctual powers like flight or other wizardly things. However regardless of which setting my dream is in, regardless of whether or not it's a recurring location or plotline, I often see the same entities, often various types of shadow people but the Slenderman Archetype is definitely a lot more detailed. These entities are capable of "lucid" feats, resisting my own willpower over the dream and seemingly using their own.
Similarly, I've dreamed of places in which I've met what seem to be other dreamers, people who have varying levels of lucidity and dream control, and are capable of giving me a sense of genuine human interaction when I talk with them.
Sorry for the wall of text, can anyone else relate with similar findings? Is my subconscious simply splitting into a multiple personality disorder for the duration of my dream? Or is there actually some sort of universal plane accessible by dreamers and less savoury beings?

You mean aliens? Its tough to say. Alien psychology, their desires and motivations are impossible to predict with any credence.

That said, unless our biosphere was habitable to them and extremely rare, its unlikely that a civilization capable of crossing the immense distance between stars would value earth at all. Resources are irrelevant, as space based mining and industries would be far more profitable (no need to lug everything in/out of the huge gravity well of a planet). Perhaps they might take an academic interest in Earth's native wildlife or our culture. But that relies on them being like us in some way.

Perhaps they might see us as a potential threat and destroy us to prevent us from developing the technology to threaten them. In which case we would be pretty much screwed. But no 'Hollywood-esq' alien invasion, just them throwing rocks at us until the surface of the Earth was a blackened hellscape.

In either case our best option is to pour our efforts into getting into space as quickly as we can, establishing our own space-industry and mastering the art of living in zero-g.

Firstly, it's unlikely that aliens would bother crossing the many lightyears to Earth just to admonish us for messing up the environment. And they 'respect our request for no interference'? Last time I checked Earth's "policy" on aliens was wanting to open diplomatic ties with any alien race.

I sure as shit would welcome some alien interference at this point (especially a look at whatever propulsion methods they use...)

The figure was a man, around 7 foot at least and his body was in proportion to his height. What I mean by that is he wasn’t slim or skinny or anything, he was built pretty good. He was no Mr. Universe kinda guy, but still, you wouldn’t want to fight him. He was wearing no shirt, pants or shoes, and the only thing covering his extremities was a quilt like clothing that looked like it was made out of animal hide. The defining characteristic of this specimen though was the mask he wore which looked exactly like a skull of a bull, with the corner of the eye sockets carved slightly so the wearer could see out the front. The entire time I drove past him he was looking dead at me. Not the car as a whole, me.

I refocused on the road as I sped up, whilst thinking that there are some weird people that exist. I know that people that live in isolation go a bit wonky, but would someone be crazy enough to put themselves in such little clothing out in the scolding hot desert? I cleared my mind and just continued driving, but now, things seemed different. Like something was missing. I started looking at the mirages on the black pavement in front of me. They were just black masses that floated around like a fire and then disappeared as I got closer to them, but for some reason, it only reinforced the feeling of emptiness I had. That’s when I realized that J’s truck was gone.

I had not slowed down that much, so there was no way they could have gone over the horizon that quickly. At first I thought they may have pulled over for whatever reason, so I look over my shoulder and see nothing but road and desert. Even the man was gone which was strange but not the point of concern at the time. I reached over to my phone to see if they may have called or texted me, but they hadn’t. I was in the middle of sending them a text when I noticed the figure at the side of the road was back, in front of me. It was the same person, still staring at me. At this point I am both frightened and confused, about my friends and about the man at the side of the road. I send the text and decide to just keep driving, hoping that they suddenly sped up as I slowed down and just barely made it over the horizon, even though I knew there was no way. When I saw the figure appear over the horizon again is when I began to panic.

My breathing was fast and shallow, and it felt as though it was boiling in the car, even though the ac was on. I was going way past 90 at this point, probably peaking at around 120. The figure appeared again. I hadn’t even covered enough ground for the figure behind me to disappear over the horizon, but as I looked over my shoulder, he was gone. Everything was looking familiar at this point. The rocks, the shrubs and everything else you can find in a desert, it felt like I had passed each one of them 100 different times at this point. I was so panicked about everything on the side of the road that I almost ran over what was directly in front of me. I slammed on the brakes as fast as I could.

4- me and my father would drink together a lot. i went down to my basement to get a drink from him and while there was nothing that immediately sent up signals that anyone was deceased, i felt complete fear and unease down there.

5- the absolute cheesiest and yet most natural bit happened shortly after the transports left. like i said, it's cheesy, but two monarch butterflies started dancing off of one another and away.

i've never been a spiritual guy, but my friend thought this was something to warrant interest.

I get those too and sometimes it would really upset me because I didn't know if by dreaming about it I caused it, or if it would have happened regardless. It's usually terrible things like deaths and housefires. I've had this problem since I was a small child.

Are you typically a very logical or deep-thinking person? Sometimes recognizing how one pattern can lead to another can lead to dreams that are prophetic. Dreams are just our waking thoughts carried into sleep and jumbled together. If the things you're predicting are just things that happen in real life anyway, you're probably not breaking any new ground. (Deaths and housefires are scary, but definitely not out of the ordinary.)

I think the best thing to do when it happens is to accept it, and try not to think about it too much. If you're having too much trouble handling reality, try talking to a psychologist about it.

I am, I think a lot, my mother too she stays up nights not being able to sleep because she thinks about a lot of things and I feel I inherited it. I'm also quite an emotional person.

An example of this happened today. As you may know the olympics are on and i'm watching a dutch stream. I was talking to a friend of mine on skype when she said something in text as well as the dutch narrator saying something that I heard in a dream months ago. Seconds later my mother came to my room to ask me something which also happened in my dream. It played out perfectly orchestrated.

But what does it mean? Why does it happen?

Yes, we are, in the 3rd Dimension, nested within Higher Dimensional space, called the Bulk, 4D space, and Our 4D Higher Selves actually use our 3D bodies like fingerpuppets, basically, probably playing as multiple beings/entities at a time in 3D. We aren't a simulation so much as a super simplified "visualization" for them, a day dream for them in their "mind's eyes" creates probably uncountable amounts of entire 3D universes.
