It depends which lens of perception you wish to use. Personally, I prefer to use both lenses simultaneously. Sometimes I even bounce a frequency signal between either lens of perception, and search for a synchronicity that matches that particular frequency signal. And of course upon finding it, mentally construct a plausible explanation for how my physical mind might have arrived at it via cognitive cherry picking, as well as what the synchronicity would imply if it were an informed message from the universe based on my own interactions with others within that system of information propagation relevant to the universe.
