I want an action anime where the protagonist has a highly unconventional weapon choice. Basically a thing you'd never think could be used as a weapon, but they use it and it's awesome as fuck. The dumber (in a good way) and more abiding to "the rule of cool" it is, the better.

The absolute best example of what I'm looking was in the first episode of Ga-Rei: Zero, where there was this chick who used her motorcycle to fight - she did lots of tricks with it and used the wheels to tear the enemies apart. Video below:

I want something with that level of absurdity and awesomeness.

The plot should be something simple and easy to follow (I just want to turn my brain off and enjoy the action). Also, the more over the top violence there is, the better - it makes the action sequences all the more enjoyable for me.
What I don't want is fanservice and ecchi. I can't stand it, period. Some skimpier clothes are okay, as long as it's not a common occurence, but no unnecessary nudity, pantyshots or other shit like that.

I'd also like the show to be a complete, self-contained experience with a conclusive ending - no manga should be required to be read from me to get the full story.

Any suggestions? It can be something older or newer, I don't care, as long as it meets my criteria.

I'm sorry, but most of these don't really fit what I'm after. I'm looking for something where characters fight with "weapons", not straight up superpowers or magic. Only Kiseijuu fits, but I don't really like the concept. I know, I should've been more specific. My bad.

Any other suggestions? If it's going to make finding something for me any easier, ask me questions. I'll answer with as much detail as possible in order to narrow it down to that one or two perfect series.

The former allows the latter. I'd rather people think places like /pol/ or /v/ is the place to be and /jp/ is a cesspit. I once heard /jp/ described as "4chan's retirement home" along with /f/.
However, /jp/ does have many issues such as being the garbage dump for unwanted generals from other boards. The generals have a completely alien culture and when they leave them to post on /jp/ itself it's very obvious, such as /a/'s recent refugees from DJT. Additionally, /jp/ had lost a chunk of its subject when /vg/ came around and quite a few things were sent to it, including VNs, eroge, and 2D idols.
I'll cut it off there as you really don't want another /jp/ meta thread as they hit 900 posts even on other boards.

If it's not on AnimeBytes then it doesn't exist. Dunno when AB is going to be accepting applications though.

Short of that you can try searching various packlists to see if you can find it on IRC.

Yeah, I've tried signing up for AnimeBytes a few times but applications just never seem to be open when I check. I guess I'll keep trying then though, would you say it's a hard place to get into?

Hello, im a chilean girl, with a premium account. Well, today, someone Stole my account, i can't log in, i tried in my cellphone and pc. So, i changed the password, what is my surprise?: Someone called Valentin Javeux stole my account, he deleted my songs and he was listening music in her phone, so i trolled him putting songs of justin bieber and black metal at full blast.

Here, i got really mad, he stole my credit card too, i tried contact to spotify, but is just fucking imposible, i tried to get a email, a phone center, but nothing, i tried to call the USA center, but i can't.

Someone can help me please?

There's a link that says "formulario de contacto" in there. Just write to them specifying that your account has been hijacked. You can problably do so in Spanish, or I'm sure someone here can help you write something in English, if you'd like.
