This is currently happening to my qBittorrent. The spikes are when I turn off the internet and turn it back on. So essentially I only download anything when the client initially connects to the internet, I hit about 1mb/s, and then almost instantly it shoots down to 10kb/s.
An odd side-effect of this is my internet browser also becomes incredibly slow whenever qBittorrent is at 10kb/s, and runs normally any other time.
I have already tried changing upload/download speeds and using uTorrent and Vuze.
Any help?

Only on P2P connection I think.

Check with your ISP support. Maybe you'll run into some of the good guys.

Hey guys I'm on a shitty $300 laptop and I don't have photoshop on it but I need to make the background of two images transparent.
Tried doing it in Word, it worked for the first one but the 2nd one just didn't come out smooth enough like I wanted.
Can someone please just make the background of these two images transparent in gimp/photoshop?
In this one I need the background of both panels removed please so that just pepe+the text remains

SO. I want to rewatch certain series, the problem is, however, that I completely forgot the title, main character, plot, even genre.
The one thing I do remember is story from one episode (chapter? sounds really dumb, but now i'm not even sure if I saw it as manga or anime), in which main character plus friend wanted to eat a challenge jumbo ramen that if you couldn't finish, you had to pay for it. So, they decided to ask a girl from their class (class president? man, memory's so fragile) to help them. I remember that because she had that silly way of eating that she just took something she wanted to eat and it was disappearing because she just gulped it down at super-speed, making this funny 'sonic boom' noise (yeah, it was probably anime, not that I think about it).
The punchline of the episode was that she absolutely hated one of the ingredients (raw eggs, I think?), and when she ate that she threw up and lost that challenge and was super depressed.
HELP ME, anime sages! it's so annoying when I reminisce a funny scene and can't remember what was it from!! T,T

Hey so I have a pc that I built in 2010 it has been very reliable up until October of last year. It started sort of randomly shutting down mostly while playing games and watching youtube videos. I got frustrated with it and stopped messing with it mainly because I didn't have money to fix it. December rolls along and I pick up an extra job to be able to afford xmas for my kids and to try nd fix my PC. I cleaned and reapplied thermal paste to my cpu, didn't work. Tried a refurbished exact copy of my MOBO it didn't work, bought a refurbished PSU (all I could afford but Corsair same wattage) and that seemed to work for nearly 2 months last week it started again. I'm at witts end with it. It doesn't crash just shuts down. Will shutdown when trying to post as well so I don't think it's a Windows issue yet. I plan on building a new PC with taxes, but I'd like this one to last till then and be able to give it to my son so that we can play together.

have you taken a look at the wall socket? it might be some sort of static discharge (improver grounding) causing all these issues (some mobos have an option in the bios that allows the pc to either shutdown or restart after short power outages/spikes)
for instance, i used to have a bad fluorescent lamp ballast that would trip the breaker sometimes, even when not turned on, was a bitch to find.
the new washing machine used to produce so much noise into the electrical connection that the lcd tv in the kitchen would systematically tun off and on again when it was ending the washing cycle (high rpm, brushed motor)

I think the only thing on the same cbreaker circuit are two deep freezers and a couple incandescent ceiling lights, all of the pc peripherals are plugged into a surge protector, would that make a difference?
