First time buying a decent graphics card. I just wanted to play on ultra in dota which it struggled with. I've been looking for answers all day and I think I finally figured it out.
Is there any way this isn't just a counterfeit card? Does anything in the pic confirm it's fake? Do I need to prove it to ebay somehow to get a refund?

yup, unfortunately that is indeed a fake card
its a gtx 550 ti with a modded bios to make it look like a gtx 960, but there is some things they cant softmod/change like the shader count (a gtx 960 should have 1024)
its a popular scamming technic among ebay sellers (some years ago the card of choice would have been a 9600 gt)

There was this comic I read a while back. I recall it being kind of weebish but it was a long while ago.
This person buys a robotic looking human and has a camera and is recording documenting the 'new version' of the robot.
Then he starts breaking the robot, and its taken from the robots perspective and thoughts and he was doing it like those videos where they break new iphones and record its durability and what happens.
Anyone have it?

I'm sorta new to c++ and I have to make a program to make a bow tie. It should look like the pic uploaded. I don't know how to start apart from the usual,

These are the functions if I should call them that: 2n + 1 height, 2n + 2 width.
2n + 2 - 2i
2*4 + 2 - 2= 8, i= 1
2*4 + 2-2*2= 6, i=2
Does anyone know how to do or start this? Any help appreciated!

Start by thinking about the output one line at a time, because that's what your program will be doing.
Each line will have a total of 2n + 2 characters. Since you most likely are going to use a loop for this, the amount of stars and spaces depends on what step you are on the loop. Let's say you are using i as your iterating variable. You would have 2i *s each line and the rest will be the spaces in between. That is just the total amount of characters each line is - the amount of stars each line (2n + 2 - 2i).
Since the spaces are in between the *s, each line can be summed up as: 'i' amount of stars + '2n + 2 - 2i' amount of spaces + 'i' amount of stars.
Here's some shitty pseudo code so you can do the work yourself.

need legal request/help
SWIM put a deposit on a vehicle to hold it while SWIM needed to get their stipulations together for financing an auto loan and also didn't want it sold to someone else. SWIM was told verbally that the deposit was non refundable, but that there was an approval so that isn't even relevant.
SWIM came back to get the vehicle, however when the credit application was submitted, the income showed $3000 monthly. Only about $1000 was provable once bank statements/paystubs were provided. This was a sub prime loan so all of that was neccesary. SWIM signed a credit application saying they made $3000 monthly.
The dealer offered to refund about $400 since the vehicle was taken off the market for some time and they missed out on sales and what not.
What ground is there on this? is SWIM entitled to a full refund? The dealer is insisting they said no refunds and they are also saying they have a sign in the show room stating that there are no refunds unless stated otherwise.
If it helps, this is in Texas.

Is there a contract? What does that say?
Generally speaking, courts don't like forfeitures and tend to only permit actual damages.
That the dealership is willing to refund part (? you never wrote what the actual deposit amount was) of the deposit is a pretty good indicator that they're aware of this, because if they knew they could keep the full deposit without a problem, they'd do that.
