This probably doesn't deserve its own thread but I'm not sure where else to ask

In Simple Plan's "Untitled" song (How could this happen to me), what are the lyrics actually supposed to be focusing on? The point of view of a remorseful drunk driver, or the point of view of a family member to the dead victim?

The music video just shows a chick being killed and a dude going to jail while the family cries on. But the lyrics talk about erasing the things he's done and going back to a time when nothing mattered.

I recently bought a new laptop, a Dell Inspiron 7559. I've run Chrome for the last ten years but figured I'd give Edge a try. Not bad, maybe a bit faster, but it won't play embedded Webm videos no matter how much I tweak it. Can someone solve this problem for me?

I've searched all sorts of site so much that I'm starting to wonder if I just dreamed this movie I'm thinking of.

It's a comedy movie, probably from the 70s or 80s. An upper-class kind of guy acquires a "time machine" and goes to show it off to his friends. He asks them to name a period of history and he'll bring back an artifact for them. In actuality he has a dull-witted servant inside the "machine" and boxes of various props from different eras, and they plan to just pick ones matching the times the guy's friends name.

However little do they know that the device is an actual time machine, controlled by a slot machine inside. They trigger it accidentally and are sent to various periods throughout history, messings things up as they try to return to their own time.

There's a scene where the main character dunks his servant into a bucket of water, causing him to drown in an attempt to have his life flash before his eyes, eventually causing him to see the combination of time/slot machine reels that represent their own time.

Anyone have any fucking idea what I'm on about?

Looking for a song that popped into my head, as english isnt my native language I will try to say the lyrics (but they aren't the real lyrics...) in hopes for the answer:

It is something like that, i think the only thing that is for sure is the par of "know it" or maybe is another verb with "it" but it was refered to a girl.

I know it is hard with those clues but trying just in case.
