Word has a referencing system in the review tab. Use it. It'll save you a ton of hassle since it'll keep all your references together and organise them at the end. It's what I use for my Uni papers (also APA format) and my last paper had 10/10 for referencing.

Also seriously find more sources, see if the book you already read references anyone. If you handed me a piece of work using a single book I'd think you were being lazy.

You're just setting a variable, you're not actually modifying the page. You need to get a handle to your img with something like getElementById, then overwrite its src field with the contents of your variable.

easy way:
the 2nd line has pi/4 angle. So it's easy to find a line that is at distance 2 away from it (use some pythagoras for that). You will get two lines in this way - one lies below and other above the original line.
Now set either of these lines equal to your first line and the solutions will be the points you want.
