Where can I find decent/high quality scans/translations of popular manga like Jojo or One Piece?

I'm especially looking for a good quality translation of Jojo Part 5. I've been using mangapanda which is complete ass. I'd prefer to view them online but I can download if necessary.

Should I watch this in one sitting? I liked Utena and I know this is good. Just curious if its paced quickly enough to warrant watching in one sitting.

I am struggling to even get 45 fps in Fallout:New Vegas.
I believe I have enough RAM and an average graphics card. I am honesty very frustrated. Please help me /g/. What am I missing?

I've been looking everywhere on the internet for this one particular TF2 montage video.
The player was playing spy using the Saharan Spy set and I remember the map Egypt being one of the maps used in the video.
The music in the video was "Eduard Khil - Trololo remix" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qz-O8XmpuoI)
I would guess it's from some time in the early '10s, maybe 2009-2011.

It's a really nostalgic video to me for multiple reasons, wold love it if someone could find it for me. I think the uploaded might have deleted his channel.

I'm having trouble remembering stuff and I remember this gun by its characteristics but not by its name.

It was:

>When it fires full auto, the breech even breathes fire from the exhaust

Hi.
I bought a Logitech K380 bluetooth keyboard, a Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse, and i have Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones. I've been using my Mouse (M720) with the unifying adaptor, but when i try to use my bluetooth headphones, and my keyboard the sound stutters and skips. I thought it was my PC (Since it did it before because too high GPU usage, but it was at 30%).
I have windows 10 on my Lenovo G45-50 laptop (AMD A8-6410, ATI Radeon M320 2Gb, 8Gb ram),

Anyone have any idea what might help with the stutter, or is it simply that the bluetooth can't handle both at the same time, though i have used my mouse, keyboard and headphones on my phone (Honor 7) with no problems
