I was able to run Skyrim at lowest around 49 fps with that processes. No GPU whatsoever.

Recently upgraded to the Rx480 8gb for 240 and I can crush Skyrim now :)

Look up the router and see if you can find any help forums talking about issues with it. Try running any troubleshooting software you have for internet connectivity.

Or just get a new router, most people buy really cheap ones and it's not surprising when they crap out after a few years.

step 1: download hexchat
step 2: install hexchat
step 3: go here http://sunxdcc.com/ and search for x-men apocalypse
step 4: click on the version you want, it should automatically open up your chat client and connect to the right server/channel
step 5: click on the pack # of the release you clicked and copy the text in the pop up
step 6: paste that /msg command into the chat field of your hexchat and press enter to msg the bot, the download process for the file should initiate
step 7: let it download, speed depends on your connection mainly, so take a shit or prepare something to eat, have a wank, w/e
