Right click - delete any files you don't want. Or just create a new user account and then go to Users in the control panel and delete the old user account.

There is no one way we can suggest that can read your mind and decide for you what you want to keep and what you want to delete, so you'll have to do it manually since wiping isn't an option.

do a clean wipe and install linux :^)

Also, odds are good that the laptop has the license key stored in BIOS, so if you find an official ISO for the version you have installed, it will automatically activate. Double check that though.

Thanks. I didn't think to make a new user account and delete his. I'm doing that now. Will just uninstalling them from the control panel be enough to thoroughly remove the programs and games like World of Warcraft, League of Legends, and Skype?

RAM is fine, CPU is fine. Needs a new GPU and possibly a better power supply to handle it.
Open it up and tell us what power supply it has in it. It's the box at the top rear or bottom rear of the case with a whole bunch of wires coming out of it.

why do you go for a gtx 750 ti?
you build in Intel HD Graphics 530 can run 4k at 60 Hz, in my eyes the gtx 750 ti in this case a waste of 100$.

Thats fine by me, and your english is fine.

So I would be good with just the CPU? Thats cool, I just looked it up and I see that it seems to run fine. I mainly wanted to CPU for light gaming but I think this would do.

Also, yeah 4k is starting to come out in movie form with things like UHD (ultra HD) for blu ray. So in the somewhat near future with 4k TV's becoming the norm 4k content is going to shoot up.

Would you also happen to know a good micro atx motherboard that supports that i3?
