Based off of the Riddler's most recent pokedex update, this is what Alola's pokedex will look like when accounting for old pokemon. I've only included Alolan forms that we know about, and colored them in blue. With those included, the older pokemon come up to about 253 pokemon

If we take a rough estimation of about 80 new pokemon, that means that we're going to have roughly 330-340 pokemon in the Alola pokedex.If I'm mathing right, that means in each individual pokedex category (Because they're doing kinda the same thing as Kalos, just splitting up between islands) that means each pokedex will have just under 90 pokemon in each.

Assuming that the current total of new Pokemon, other than the obvious ones that still exist like Pikipek's evos for example, was the final amount would you be happy? Personally I think I love so many of the new Pokemon that I'd be totally okay with it, but how would you feel?

I would be ok with ~80 Pokemon if they only revealed about 30 or so. But instead, just like XY, they've revealed almost all of them.

I get that they want to generate hype while also avoiding 1000+ Pokemon for as long as possible, but there's gotta be a better way than spoiling almost all of the new Pokemon in the game. ~~It doesn't help that the starter evos were leaked so early, either.~~

I love most of the designs and am struggling to try and narrow down my team of six.

However, I want around 100 mons. The number of mons in Gen 6 was unacceptably low. 100 isn't too little, but it also isn't too many. It seems reasonable.

Platinum, emulator, first encounter so I can load, kill it and try again in turnback cave. Also when are nature and stats determined for this shitter? I have saved before starting a fight and it turned out exactly the same so I guess it's even earlier, like upon entering distortion world or something.

In case of using it, how would you do it? I see most of its moves are physical (also its physical moves are stronger), and the only options for special STAB moves are Shadow Ball and Dragon Pulse, so so shitty Atk with good SAtk is kinda meh.

It's not really a big deal because I'll most likely rarely use it because I dislike legendaries + I can't battle online, but I also don't like things being this bad.

I'm not downloading editing tools just for one pokemon. I actually enjoy breeding for natures, and in games I like to play even for couple perfect IVs, but you obviously can't breed legendaries.
