Not quite. But I did bother to do some checks. Bulletproof makes it immune to Ice Ball and Mist Ball. It's not weak to any of the other moves that get blocked.

And for Soundproof, though, it makes it immune to Disarming Voice (the never miss Fairy move) and Hyper Voice (so it doesn't give a shit about that famous Pixelated Hyper Voice.)
