Still a better final boss than most. The only I'd rate higher are Ghetsis and thats 90% Hydreigon, and Cynthia and thats 90% its such a pain to grind in those games that I always go in far too underleveled.

My initial complaint about them was that "some of them don't even LOOK like Pokemon", but then all the UBs happened, so a good number of them that look bizzare could just be UBs.
The fuck is 40 though. Just a Balloon animal Pokemon? You'd think it'd look a bit more creative than that, but... eh.
