Is QSS ever worth building for damage mitigation? Veigar gets AP for just hitting enemy champions (not lasthitting) which he can do a bit easier in bot lane and can even get 2 AP with 1 spell sometimes, plus his current ult is an insane execute that can point and click delete someone from 40% HP with relatively little AP as long as they have no mres.
