Those are the two I've been playing the most lately.
The biggest issue I run into when playing Zarya is that people never capitalize when I ult. I'll make a point of pinging my ult multiple times when it's ready and wait for my team's ults to be up as well but when the time comes and I use my ult, nobody else uses theirs, if there's an enemy Rein and he puts his shield up then even normal attacks aren't as effective as they could be so we might only end up getting one or two kills off of it even if ult catches the whole team.
