So, I've got a youtube channel (mostly Overwatch bullshit) and it hasn't been going great.
The only video that I would call even moderately successful was IMO lazy and clickbaity. WTF is it that people actually want to see on youtube? I feel like I've experimented with most formats of video, but even the popular one video I have doesn't translate into new subs.

On your update/news related vids, I'd recommend trying to put together scripts. You want to get the info to the viewer quick, but you don't want to be pausing too much or fucking up in what you're saying. Just helps with getting what you're trying to say out better.

As for your gameplay/commentary vids, they just kind of feel... quiet? At least at times. I'd say you should try being more talkative on camera, or maybe try playing some music just in the background to make things less void.

Anyone else having FPS drops since the patch? Seems to be a problem many people are having.

Game is almost unplayable now because of the one frame lag shit only dropping from 140-150 down to 90FPS in combat and it fucks my aim up so hard.

They really need to just add an option to turn this shit off.

I have also recently seen a lot of Hanzos who have retardedly high mouse sensitivity (I can tell from killcam) but somehow they still do 3 100% accurate flick headshots in a row, even on someone who was behind them, or just rounded a corner when sonic arrow wasn't up.
