On the subject of female troops, the addition of some kind of female outlaw would really help the more lawful players to gather some girls for whorehouses. It doesn't have to feature all-female bandit bands, just a few girl variant mountain bandits or forest bandits added to the troop template or something.
Manhunters! Give the manhunters some love. Manhunters have all kinds of cool troop advancements, but you never see them because they're not in the template. Let those Slave Crushers and Slave Drivers and Slaver Chiefs spawn please. Also, they really should be added to the mercenary pool, so you can hire them from taverns.
The Dark Knights and Black Khergits are fun, but they hardly interact with the world. Which is boring. One thing I love about mods with a lot of neutral parties running about is when it's a free-for-all (like in Prophescscscscy of Penisdor or Phantasy Calradia). Make the Dark Knights hostile to everyone except the Swadians, and make the Black Khergits hostile to everyone except the Khergits. I wanna seem some fucking Looters getting attacked by Dark Knights.
It'd be interesting to see you add some more regional "Dark Knight" variants, like elite Sea Raiders, Mountain Knights, whatever, you get the idea.
Some more companions is always nice.
A way to combine all the different styles of women facial skins would be nice, similar to Warwolf, which combines various weeb facial skins, the Corpus(?) Pretty Woman and a vanilla replacer. It really adds something extra to the game when there's a wide facial variety. There's probably more Warwolf stuff you can use for inspiration.

A mounted soldier (without a horse in the inventory) counts as "cavalry" on the worldmap, increasing your party speed. But in battles, they will count as infantry or archers depending on their weapon set.
For example in Scandinavia it was common for rich huscarls to ride to battle on horseback instead of marching so they'd be less tired and would be able to wear more armour during the battle. In West-Europe rich men-at-arms and crossbowmen would sometimes ride horse to the battlefield and would dismount before the fighting started.
You don't have to turn Huscarls and Rhodok Sergeants into mounted troops, you can also just put a fork in the troop progression, for example, you could make a fork just before Rhodok Sharpshooters, allowing the player to choose between Rhodok Sharpshooters and Rhodok Mounted Crossbowmen whatever. You get the idea.
Experiment with it a bit.

Here's a dumb idea for Dickplomacy.
DickplomacyAnon, if you use this idea, you better hide it behind an option menu because it is crazy.
So there's this mod with a very interesting magic system that allows for some pretty weird tactical thinking.

It's also the only mod with a magic system that only takes up a single slot, so you still have space left for a shield and two weapons.
The mod it is in is some fantasy mod (of course) that hasn't had an update for years. And it's CC! Anyone can use it as long as you give credit. They also released the source.

Gekokujo (gekonewer for /mbg/ flavour) for nip adventures. No shields and non-standard sieges make it a more frantic experience in battles. Not just for the weeb. It does have some guns though.
Brytenwalda for dark ages Great Britain adventures. This depends on whether you like the setting though, it's often memed as Boringblanda for this reason.
1257AD is great for crusading and being a noble. Has a unique lance recruitment system (optional). The map is fuckhuge and kinda empty though.
The Last Days is for LotR adventures.

See that's actually not certain, you'd have to compare the magnitudes of the infinities we're dealing with. An immovable object has infinite mass. An unstoppable force, well is not necessarily infinite in strength, but it could be. As long as the magnitude unstoppable force is not infinitely smaller than the mass of the object, the object should start accelerating.

The third part is about traveling towards Constantinople for funds for the Vinland colony. Every other character besides the MC is great. The MC is shit.
Ad Astra: Deals with the Second Punic War. Right now the story is dealing with the Battle of Cannae, though the last time a chapter was translated was in... April?
Historie: Greeks and Scythians and shit. Eumenes is a historical figure who has a few interesting hobbies, like getting cucked by the king he works for.

Sure about this? Don't have the game installed so I can't go check but I do recall the knights spawning with couching lances the majority of the time and the mameluks more around like 50% and some of the lances don't even couch. Then again I haven't played vanilla in so long I dunno.
The basic suggestion remains though- Mameluks are a better unit to use regularly, if not the best in vanilla.

I know I'm not remembering wrong that I've seen Mameluks using Morningstars (which aren't in there), Scimitars and the Heavy lance along with a shorter lance (whose name I can't remember) and Swad Knights spawn with that lance that's the same model as the training lance in Arena matches but with a different color sprite.

I seem to have a glitch every few sieges that i join in the options after the battle revert me to the character creation pages and later the main menu.
I mentioned in the last two threads about losing honor and relation when refusing a ransom of a lady. With all the honor you lose from keeping them as prisoners and placing them in brothels it just isn't worth doing that if your forced to give them up after a few weeks. So if you could get rid of the negative effects that would be great.

Dickplomacy should introduce two lines of troops for each factions, one for normies recruited normally and one for nobles recruited from castles/towns.
Having mercenaries that reflect the various different cultures would be nice as well.

I just want different mercs for flavor.
But thinking about it they would just look like normal units. The generic chain mail mercs use is currently not used on any troops outside the merc line but there isn't any Kergyte or Sarranid armor not used by those factions.
That would mean dickplomacy would have to look into getting new assets and that would be a bad road to go down because Warband assets are generally shit and look like they should be in a different game.

We've got this one guy that's been with the faction for quite awhile now who has no fiefs but still seems to be popular among the other nobles, so he pretty much always gets the most support for villages, but Graveth keeps stiffing him out of antipathy. Like, I understand rewarding nobles that go above and beyond, but you can't get blood from a stone, they all need at least one fief or they will hate you and fuck off to a hostile faction at the worst possible moment.
