Here goes:
-Reduce ultra gain but make it so it stays for the next round. Alternatively keep it as it is, but you have one ultra per match, use it in round one and it's gone etc, and maybe redesign plenty of ultras while at it.
-Increase grey life from focus attacks. Lvl1 focus drain is attack damage +50% of said damage added as grey life, lvl2 halves it to 25% and lvl3 essentially negates extra grey life.
-Divekicks could be toned down just enough to be anti-airable without dp or 100% impeccable spacing that fucks up everything. Remember how high level Yun play was nothing but fishing for that one divekick for pressure?
-Backdash invincibility in relation to backdash duration and\or speed. That means the slower the backdash, the more effective it is while short backdashes have really short invuframes and needs to be more precise.
-FADC on block burns entire super bar, on hit it works as usual. That way there's more consideration about using FADC and playing pressure super safe or "why the fuck not I have bars to burn" on top of minor alterations to supers.
-Universal overhead.
