I tried moving all three out of the CM3D directory and following instructions, and a couple elements seemed to change but most were still broken. I just tried reinstalling UTL, English UI R4 and english text translation but while the game is translated again the UI is still broken.

The face is actually one made to work with blue skin, what with the purple tongue and such. The hair is also modded to use a side slot for vents, and the back is from a Dimension W mod.
