There's no motion blur, but the shot still gives you enough (that tiny bit of cloud) to derive a sense of float and movement. The distance is just about right as well. A bit too far the shot would make absolutely no sense because it would go directly against realism. A bit too close the trees wouldn't be able to contribute anything to the scenes. Arguably the trees look a bit stupid but that doesn't hurt the overall sense of movement. Now all I have talked about is just about the geometric composition. There are still many other things like facial expressions, color balance, bloom etc but let's just skip that for now.

I am no photography expert and I have very limited vocabulary to express what I want to say. I hope you get what I have in mind.
