For most of us who are on the spectrum, I think what at least partially draws us to anime style is the expressive drawing of the eyes, the real life variation of which are hard for awesome unique etc. individuals to decipher. So that leads me to ask, what's your favorite eye type for a heroine to have, or who is the heroine whose eyes you like the best?
I myself like tsurime the best. They're the prettiest and most elegant in a way that tareme simply can't compare. Even irl, that type of eyeliner that sharpens the eyes is pretty alluring.
I also lament that sanpakume is really underutilized in females. The big exposed whites of the eyes can be really attractive and cute (see Saya from dagashikashi.

For those interested, the main reason there are very few if any dick replacers for the dude in CM3D2 is because the dick itself is reliant on the model in terms of bones used for motion data. Giving the dude a horsedick would just result in it clipping through the maid's head / back / hands / stomach / etc depending on the situation and it would look retarded as fuck.

You would need an entirely new plugin that basically makes parts of a much bigger dick invisible and disables collision for it during yotogi and that at run time and for each position and excitement level variably.

Nobody is gonna do that. Ever. It's more work than creating entirely new yotogi positions.

One way would be to write a plugin that just turns the maid gigantic, i.e. doubles the size of everything so the horsedick is proportional, but then you run into issues with collision and gravity too.

In essence, you will never see player avatar dick mods that change the size much because of these reasons.

Guide on installing CM3D2

what's this guide for: mentally challenged people who want to install CM3D2
what's this guide NOT for: cucks who don't even know how to use .iso

This guide is structured in 3 parts: Preparations (downloading the files), Installation, and DLCs

Q1: Preparations?

The order in this step does not matter.

1. Base game
- find a torrent on sukebei
- you may want to start with either of the following torrents
-『girlcelly』 [160129] [KISS] カスタムメイド3D2+ + Update 1.23
- │2D.G.F.│ [160129] [KISS] カスタムメイド3D2+ + アップデータ Ver1.23
- there are some torrents that claim to include all patches or/and the DLCs, I personally don't recommend them, but it's your choice
- you should have these two files: "cm3d2_1.iso" and "cm3d2_2.iso" after the unzip

2. Update patches
- you need TWO patches, one for 1.00 -> 1.12, another for 1.12 -> whatever the newest one is (1.31 in my case)
- get the patches on https://mega.nz/#F!fpgFAbaS!9uUPXC-TeU7vJgMVh7YS2w (ignore the DLCs for now)
? "lol I can't do mega" get it on http://www.kisskiss.tv/cm3d2/update.php instead
? "but x86 or x64?" I recommend x86 (32bit) for minimum chance of fucking shit up
!! SOMETIMES there will be one extra hotfix file (1.31.1 in my case) . You have to download that as well.
- in my case the three update files are "CM3D2 Update to 1.12 [Must have].zip", "CM3D2 Update from 1.12 to 1.31 for x86.zip", and the hotfix file "cm3d2_up131.1.zip"

3. Locale Emulator
- game is programmed in jap so you need a jap environment to run the game, fortunately there are tools to emulate the environment
- Locale Emulator is recommend for the job. Get that shit on https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/
- extract the folder to somewhere safe. You will not be able to move the folder after the installation.
- run "LEInstaller.exe", click "Install / Upgrade", click "OK" to finish the installation
- run "LEGUI.exe", you will see a pop up with some settings. "Locale" and "Timezone" should be Japan and Tokyo time by default. Click "Save". Exit.
!! if you don't want to use an emulator, you can manually switch you System Locale to Japan AND you System Timezone to Tokyo time, but don't ask me anything if you fuck up. If you do this you can ignore every steps concerning the Locale Emulator from now on.

4. Ignore the DLCs for now
- just ignore the DLCs for now for fuck sake

5. (Optional) HF Patch
- the HF Patch gives you some basic UI translations and partial (read: not even 10%) dialogues translations
- get the patch on http://www.hongfire.com/forum/showthread.php/444101-%28KISS%29-Custom-Maid-3D-2?p=3705954#post3705954
- this guide does not tell you how to install the HF patch. Refer to their notes for installation.
- just a reminder, the translation scene is quite dead because KISS is adding dialogues in a ridiculous rate

Q2: Actually installing the game?

You should have these files ready:
1. Base game: "cm3d2_1.iso" and "cm3d2_2.iso"
2. Patches: "1.00->1.12", "1.12->latest version", or Hotfix as well if available
3. Locale Emulator that you already finished the setup
4. (Optional) HF Patch

1. We are going to install the base game
a. Mount "cm3d2_1.iso" with DAEMON or whatever you have.
b. IGNORE AUTORUN, CLOSE IT!
c. Find the file "Installer.exe" in the mounted .iso file.
d. Right click on "Installer.exe", if you have succefully installed the Locale Emulator, you should see a "Locale Emulator" option here. Select that and click "Run in Japanese (Admin)"
!!! Warning, on some stupid computers running as (Admin) might actually fail you the installation. Use "Run in Japanese" in that case.
e. In the next pop-up, you can change the install path by clicking "開く" on the top right. This is optional.
f. Press the moon rune "インストール" (the one above "マニュアル (HTML)" and "終了") to start summoning maids.
g. Click some buttons to confirm the installation. The installation should begin now.
h. Half way done, a "ディスク交換" titled pop-up will ask you to mount the "cm3d2_2.iso". Do it. Then press "Retry" in the pop-up.
i. Let the installation finishes. Then unmount the image.
j. Don't be so happy yet you cuck.

2. We are going to update the game by applying two .exe files (or three in case of a hotfix)
a. Open the folder of the patch of 1.00->1.12.
b. Right click the "update.exe" -> "Locale Emulator" -> "Run in Japanese (Admin)"
c. In the pop-up, press "適用" on the right, then press "開始" on the right.
d. It should finish quickly. Exit.
e. Open the folder of the patch of 1.12->newest update (1.31 in my case).
f. Right click the "update.exe" and repeat the same process.
g. (If there's any) Install the Hotfix in the same way as well.
h. Remember this process. This is basically how you will apply every new patches and DLCs.

3. Run the game
a. Go to the folder where you installed the game (Default would be "C:\KISS\CM3D2\")
b. Stare at "CM3D2x86.exe" passionately.
c. Right click "CM3D2x86.exe" -> "Locale Emulator" -> "Run in Japanese (Admin)" (Admin or not doesn't seem to matter). Congratulation, you're now running the game!
d. If you see an error message with "yotogi" something something on it, it probably means the emulator (if you're using one) fucks up. But it shouldn't. I don't know how to help you. Fuck you.

4. (Optional) Applying HF patch
a. Please refer to their patch note on installation. Do not ask /hgg/ how to install it, it's HF property, not ours.

Q3: B-b-but the DLCs!!!

DLCs are completely optional. They include:
- cosmetic stuff
- new sex skills (Yotogi Class Skills)
- new stages
- new cuck events
- new personalities
- new dances
- monthly packs or DLC Set that are a mixture of everything
Each month there will be two or three DLCs. Ocassionally a expansion (named Plus Pack) that features NPC maid will be avaliable as well.
